Un lugar para volver que mejoraría muchísimo teniendo espacios interiores para estar con mascotas
Pros:

En general las comidas no tenían gran calidad...pero estaban bien tratadas.

Cons:

Eché en falta un lugar interior donde estar con mis amigos y nuestras mascotas.
Como sugerencia digo que sería muy apropiado que en el salón anexo a la cafetería se admitieran, siempre que estuvieran sujetas para no molestar y por supuesto no deambularan por ese espacio.
El hotel debería plantearse esa opción porque realmente nos satisfaría muchísimo a los dueñ@s de perrit@s.
Nosotros éramos un grupo de 7 personas y 3 perritas muy pequeñas y se nos hacía difícil disfrutar en grupo por no haber un lugar habilitado.

Nos gustó el aspecto del hotel, las inscripciones, los espacios, la piscina, la estructura, la comodidad de la cama y el trató por parte del personal en general, muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

En general el hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas, por decir algo el buffet tanto comida como cenas, bastante flojo, recomiendo alojamiento y desayuno, en los alrededores de la costa, hay sitios donde se disfruta mucho más de la comida y el tapeo a buenos precios.

The lovely levante beach hotel benidorm xxxx
Pros:

We have been to this hotel 3 times now, all very good. The cleaner even sang me happy birthday on 10th May as it was my 78th birthday. The new pool area lovely.

Cons:

Food, room, staff all really good, no problems very clean, wine also good. Staff always ready with a smile, had pizza for lunch when we arrived, nicest pizza ever. Tried to book for Christmas again but informed hotel closed for refurbishment, but we will try for next year xx

Loved it and coming back later with my husband

Breakfast was really good and all of the meals were of a great quality. Staff were very attentive and helped my friend who had mobility issues

I felt completely relaxed when we left the hotel
Pros:

All of the outside areas are well laid out and comfortable. The pool was excellent and the waiting staff polite and smart in their appearance.

Cons:

Can not think of anything I didn’t like.
My wife thought her bed was a little hard

Un sitio perfecto para desaparecer

Me gustó la tranquilidad, la cama y las vistas, es un buen hotel al que nos escapamos cuando podemos y seguiremos intentándolo.

Cons:

No me gustó nada el producto que sirven en el desayuno y la cena, entiendo que el público que va es más de fuera, pero al cliente nacional también hay que ofrecerle algo que le guste, en mi caso y ya que me lo preguntan, no hubo nada a excepción de algún queso y alguna fruta que me gustara, no es crítica ya que conozco los negocios desgraciadamente, pero es mi percepción como cliente, muchas gracias.
