Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική σε γενικές γραμμές. Η τιμή θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερη, ειδικά για την περίοδο που πήγαμε (όχι χειμερινή σεζόν και μιλάμε για χειμερινό θέρετρο). Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και το δωμάτιο καθαρό. Το room service θα μπορούσε να είναι επίσης καλύτερο (αλλαγή σε κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες και αφρόλουτρα/σαμπουάν), δεδομένων των χρημάτων που πληρώσαμε.

Great location, poor customer service
Pros:

Pros: great location, excellent rooms, the indoor kids playroom was definitely a bonus, and the chair lift being right outside made heading up the mountain for some hiking a breeze. If you have younger kids, this is a great place to consider

Cons: the hotel staff were extremely rude upon checking in. I started off speaking to someone in English for the check-in process and was having some smalls problems communicating. Since we booked two rooms, my wife came up to sign the second check in sheet and, as soon as the staff learned that my wife spoke Polish, that was it ... the attendant turned her back on me and never spoke to me again. Even when I asked her a few questions, she simply ignored me. First time in 15 years of business and personal travel that I have ever experienced such a situation and it made me feel quite unwelcome.
After checking in, we were handed our keys and, as mentioned, I was not spoken to (regarding directions to the room). We walked around for a few minutes looking for our room, without success, went back to the front desk and had to ask for directions ... it turns out that there is an entirely separate building that we were in! That would have been nice to know when we were handed our keys.
Also, the menu and meals were middle of the road. Nothing to get excited about.

Ignoring the first impression at check-in, an overall good holiday hotel for getting away.

Pros:

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated as well as wide variety of food at breakfast can comfort everybody. However, in the non smoking room we've found a cup with cigarette buds. We could clearly hear a TV playing from next door room. Loud parties were taking place after 10PM and we were not notified of this at the check in. Elevator wasn't working after 11PM neither it was at the check out time, had to drag massive luggage down the stairs from the forth floor. Check out time is 11AM not noon as informed when booked the room. Massive queue to the reception desk didn't help, the staff clearly wasn't happy to see that many people at once. Spend £99 per night which is a high price for the room in Poland just to find out at the check out that we have to pay an additional fee for the parking space. Ridiculous!

3 Day Ski Break.
Pros:

My first night I had a significant problem with building works outside my room. Not a good start to my Ski break. After negotiating with the management this was rectified the next day. The staff are lovely, fab location next to a ski lift. Public transport from Krakow so easy access. Good food and great spa.

On aimerait que le petit déjeuner démarre à 06:30 et non pas à 07:45. Cet horaire est ingérable quand on voyage, surtout pour affaires.

Fajny hotel na wypad na narty
Pros:

Hotel super polozony tuz przy wyciagu na Skrzyczne. Na wypad na narty naprawde super. Jedyne zastrzezenia do czystosci: odplyw prysznica i umywalki zatkany, woda podczs kapieli stala bardzo dlugo w brodziku. Ciekawe jest natomiast to ze ludzie wjezdzajacy krzeselkami na Skrzyczne przejezdzaja blisko okien i zagladaja do pokoi :)
