Pros:

First of all, I have to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel, who were kind and helpful during my long stay. It would be fair to mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the window. The room itself is not so bad - it is large and comfortable.

Cons:

Nevertheless, I experienced many disappointing things there, and below are just a few that need to be shared.
The building itself requires maintenance, as the many black dots in the shower clearly indicate that fungus is chilling around the bathroom walls. The clogged drainage from the sink was not enjoyable either. Plain flip-flops and a bathrobe were not provided. I won't even mention a simple sewing kit, which can often be found in many four-star hotels. Obviously, a cheap coffee machine or at least a kettle, never crossed the hotel manager's mind. And finally, the noisy air conditioner will not allow you to sleep peacefully.
I would expect to find issues like these in a 2- or 3-star hotel, but I was not happy to see them in a 4-star hotel. So, in conclusion, in its current condition, this hotel would only be suitable for a weekend stay or a couple of days at most.

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre minha hospedagem, pois entendo que fui induzida a tomar decisões com base em informações fornecidas pela própria equipe do hotel e, posteriormente, essas informações não foram cumpridas.

Minha reserva era de uma tarifa não reembolsável, e em nenhum momento estou solicitando o reembolso da reserva. Tenho plena ciência da política contratada.

O que solicitei ao hotel foi apenas um voucher para utilização futura da diária que não cheguei a utilizar, pois realizei meu check-out antecipadamente.

O ponto principal é que eu somente saí um dia antes porque fui orientada por um funcionário da recepção (Enrico) de que ele registraria minhas informações para que a gerência emitisse esse voucher. Caso essa informação não tivesse sido passada, eu simplesmente teria permanecido no hotel até o final da reserva e utilizado normalmente a diária já paga.

Posteriormente, o hotel negou o voucher alegando apenas que a tarifa era não reembolsável, ignorando completamente o fato de que minha saída antecipada ocorreu justamente porque fui orientada pela própria equipe de que haveria essa possibilidade.

Além disso, houve outros problemas durante a hospedagem:

Early check-in: solicitei antecipadamente a possibilidade de entrar mais cedo, pois já havia informado essa necessidade antes da viagem. Havia disponibilidade de quarto, porém fui cobrada em torno de R$ 230, valor superior à metade do preço da minha diária, apenas para entrar às 11h em vez das 15h.
Estacionamento: no primeiro dia informei que não utilizaria o estacionamento durante toda a hospedagem. A recepção informou que faria a cobrança integral no cartão e depois realizaria o estorno dos dias não utilizados. Portanto, o estorno não foi uma "cortesia" ou "exceção", mas apenas a correção de uma cobrança feita antecipadamente.

Pros:

Staff absolutamente simpático e solícito. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Bem em frente à praia com toalhas e cadeiras disponíveis.

Cons:

Quarto “com vista” em um quarto cujas janelas não poderiam ser abertas, vista prejudicada.
