Café da manhã e a cordialidade dos funcionários. Localização. Agilidade dos funcionários mesmo com o hotel lotado.

Cons:

Falta uma melhoria na limpeza. Tais como: paredes do banheiro, cortina do quarto, corredores do hotel.

Café da manhã, sem dúvida, além de saboroso, muitas opções e pra quem quer manter dieta mesmo fora de casa, eles te dão todas as opções.

Cons:

A janela no quarto era chumbada, não abre, então um quarto que não ventila não tem cheiro agradável. Achei que eram todas janelas assim, só que no último dia vi algumas abertas.

Cons:

Disseram ter estancamento, quando cheguei não tinha vaga, deixei o carro na recepção e avisei que tiraria após nos arrumarmos pra sair e posteriormente deixaria na rua, não tinha mais nenhum outro carro na recepção, não tava atrapalhando ninguém, mas por total falta de bom senso de alguém, começaram a ligar de forma grossa a cada 15 mim pedindo pra tirar o carro, demoramos pouco mais de 1h não havia necessidade de tal transtorno…
E quando voltamos deixei na rua mesmo, mas foi um transformo totalmente desnecessário.

O café da manhã era bem melhor que o das fotos;

Cons:

Fomos no final de semana que teve o show da Shakira, a cidade estava lotada, porém não acho que justifique a desorganização. Os atendentes eram mal educados, chegaram a brigar entre si com a gente na recepção, quando finalmente liberaram um quarto, ele estava sujo, tivemos que pedir para trocar (isso que chegamos 3h após o horário de check-in). Mesmo trocando de quarto, o chão tinha bastante areia, impossibilitando que a gente andasse descalços; O edredom que tinha no quarto estava rasgado e sem a proteção de lençol; O elevador não estava funcionando direito, alguns botões não funcionavam e outros apertavam outros números; O restaurante demorou cerca de 30min para entregar nosso pedido (que era uma salada), sendo que só tinha mais uma mesa com 4 pessoas;

Limpeza impecável. O quarto muito cheiroso, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, ótima localização. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com variedade e muito saboroso. Funcionários educados.

Não falando da limpeza, mas os carpetes do corredor tem um cheiro desagradável, tipo de roupa qd não seca direito. É só uma observação!
