This hotel is believed to be the first lodging established in this city. It offers 12 cozy rooms, which include complimentary basic breakfast options. Guests can enjoy a variety of beverages such as juices, sodas, and alcoholic drinks, along with snacks. Due to the building's charming historic nature, each room is equipped with a room air conditioning unit that may be slightly noisy. Nevertheless, staying in this type of hotel can provide a unique and memorable experience.
Very nice staff and convenient location.
Very nice hotel.
Very quiet clean and staff was very friendly.
Only small complaint is that the breakfast is very limited for someone that is diabetic.
Going back for weekend vacation to see the antiques weekend. It is in old town Arcadia and a walking distance to many antiques shops and restaurants that are locally owned and operated fir years.
The hotel is one of the best spots I’ve stayed at, the staff was very welcoming. My stay felt like being home. They have complimentary drinks and snacks and breakfast.. I’ll definitely be back
Super pet friendly
Enjoyed our stay, service was top-notch. Loved sitting with my morning coffee at the Tree of Knowledge Park outside of the hotel.
A Charming Stay in the Heart of Arcadia
We had a wonderful experience at the Oak Park Inn. The location is perfect—right in the historic district and walking distance to all the antique shops and restaurants. The inn itself is full of charm, character, and comfort. One of our favorite touches was the 24/7 access to complimentary refreshments and snacks—it made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Arcadia!
Loved the old wood floors, owner said they were original.
Charming boutique hotel! Spacious suite, free beer and wine, and a very nice breakfast offering. Short walk to antique shopping, restaurants, and a nearby brewery.
The furniture was …..eclectic. The beds had some ornate ironwork overhead which was lower than my head (I’m 6ft) so after hitting this ironwork a couple of times I got used to it. The window mounted A/C would only work on full which made it noisey and cold, but better than being too hot, and the noise droned out the sound of traffic, so not all bad.
Hotel was cleaned no VIP offered the sinks didn’t drain properly the tub couldn’t turn around in because it was too small customer service was good offered options for dinning I chose not to eat any breakfast even through it was complimentary and the parking I was worried all night about my car bc u have to park at the bank across the street even though it’s a shared parking the stairs were steep which I didn’t know it was going be but it was cleaned and additionally the stairs creaked when u walked overall the bed was very comfortable and we all slept well I overall would not return only because of the aforementioned items and there is nothing opened later than 9:00 to eat in on Saturday
Great place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unique, comfortable hotel. Super pleasant staff too!
Charming bed and breakfast with unique rooms and complimentary hot breakfast, snacks, drinks (including wine/beer), and high quality linens. GPS navigation directs to the front, but parking is located around back. Impressively restored after Hurricane Ian, retaining its original charm. Upstairs rooms were untouched by water damage. Highly recommended for a personalized stay.
It was a really nice place. The beds Amma linens were so comfortable. I really liked the place itself. But the management seemed to follow us like we might steal something. I was just creeped out. So although the stay was nice and i had almost complaints, i don't think i myself would go back.
Very unique older hotel that has been refurbished. Great bed & pillows, welcoming wine & beer & snacks in the evening and full breakfast in the morning.
This hotel is a lovely updated, historic hotel. Maria is the manager and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were there on a large event weekend and were worried that event parking would make our parking difficult. Maria made sure that the city kept our parking spot clear.
Our room was furnished as an example of early 1900's and was very cute.
