Five-Star Service at Ibis Konya

I had an excellent stay at Ibis Konya. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms are modern, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the reception staff and restaurant team to housekeeping, maintenance, security, and the management, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help.

A special thank you goes to Sena from the restaurant. Her kindness, warm hospitality, and outstanding service made every meal a pleasure. She truly represents the high standard of guest service at Ibis Konya.

Although I don’t know everyone’s name, I would also like to thank the General Manager and the entire team for creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You should all be proud of the exceptional service you provide.

I highly recommend Ibis Konya to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying here again.

Cons:

They charged me twice, ones when I made a reservation and second time when I came to the reception. I tried to contact them few times, sent a confirmation about the payment and didn’t receive a response ! Very disappointing!

Условия проживания комфортные, персонал безразличен и не говорит по-английски.
Pros:

Как правило, в сетевых отелях, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного проживания в номере. Здесь было так. НО надо просить номер с окном во внутренний дворик. Ночка выдалась бессонная из-за шума дороги за окном. Завтрак был неплохой.

Cons:

Персонал. Вот уж что удивило, так это непрофессионализм сотрудников в Ibis.
Я заранее (письменно) предупредила о позднем прибытии в отель, и что нам нужна парковка. Мне ответили, что пожелания учтены, приезжайте. По факту мест на парковке не было (мы сделали 2 круга вокруг). А на ресепшне 2 парня развели руками. Предложили в соседнем отеле припарковаться, в Novotele.)) Я потом поняла, что и остановиться, наверное, стоило в Novotel.
Проблемы возникли и с room service. Заказать еду было очень непросто, потомучто сотрудник на другом конце телефона не говорит по-английски, представляете?! Плюс еще проблемы с оплатой (у них система сломалась) ... в общем, ужин свой я прождала больше 1 часа. Но справедливости ради, салат и суп были вкусные.
Резюмирую: персонал не говорит по-английски и по-русски; не компетенты и совершенно безразличны.
