Good hotel but no AC made stay horrible

Good breakfast and location

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work. We had difficulty sleeping at night. Hotel didn’t have alternate room with functioning AC and mentioned hotel wise issue. Hotel also didn’t have any room fans to compensate

Noisiest Hotel Ever
Pros:

We booked well in advance as two families travelling with three-year-old children, so the hotel already knew we had young children with us before we arrived. On check-in, we were placed on the 13th floor. At first, I was pleased because I had seen reviews mentioning street noise and thought being higher up would mean a quieter stay.

What we were not told was that directly above us was the hotel restaurant with live music. Our children go to sleep around 9pm, and although they somehow managed to sleep through it, we felt like we were sitting inside the live performance ourselves because the music could be heard perfectly from our room. At one point, the walls were literally vibrating from the noise. It continued until around 1am.

For the price we paid, and for the standard this hotel presents itself as, this is completely unacceptable. I genuinely cannot believe the hotel thought it was appropriate to place families with young children directly underneath a loud live music venue.

Decent stay but not 5 star property
Pros:

Location is good, away from tourist area but still accessible. Its a 5 star on paper but in need of renovation. Bed and pillows are good.

Cons:

Needs renovation - most of the stuff in room is worn out and needs replacement.

Friendly and helpful staffs special thanks to ilyas and güneş
Pros:

I had a fantastic time at The Roof Restaurant. The atmosphere was energetic and full of life, with great live music and lots of dancing. The whole place had a fun and vibrant vibe.

The staff were excellent very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the night.
A special thanks to İlyas and Güneş for making the experience even more enjoyable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended
