Good stay overall. Travel agency inside the hotel was very helpful. Driver Bharathaselvan was good
Pros:

Options are limited. Could provide live dosa counter. But still okay. Not bad for a morning breakfast choice. Stewards Iswarya, one more steward in the restaurant and male Incharge i remember he is Muthu or a short gentleman, was very polite and good. He said he joined very recently. I forgot his name. Kudos to all staff in the restaurant and front office. Very good and polite behavior which is a requisite in a Hospitality industry.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been better. it is not fully meeting our expectations.

Pros:

The staff were very good.

Even though we stayed for a day they took care of us by asking about dinner and took care of our luggage after checkout since our bus was in the evening. Will surely stay in for more days the next time.
Even the staff in the restaurant were very good during breakfast.

Good stay, it's quite new and comfortable, buffet food was good and the hotel is walkable to all main view points like kodai lake, coakers walk Bryant Park etc.

Great stay with good food from Anjappar
Pros:

Stayed at this property for one night. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. The restaurant in the hotel is Anjappar which is one of my favourites. The rooms are clean and pretty well maintained.

Cons:

Everything is fine during our stay. The only negative is the hotel is close to the bus stand but for others it might be a positive.
