Gyeongwonjae Ambassador Incheon Associated with Accor

Beautiful hotel with traditional design. We stayed in a room with heated floor and a private outdoor area. It is located near Songdo Park with restaurants within a short walking distance. Service was polite and breakfast was delicious.

Had 6 night stay at the Ambassador, to attend Conference at Songdo Convensia 15 minutes walk away. This is a unusually traditional hotel, with expansive coutyards, and traditional bathtub in the ensuite. My deluxe villa suite was comfortable enough, although operating the appliances including water dispenser & massage chair was challenging; as instructions were in Korean. Service is friendly enough, and hotel is well located being next to pleasant Central Park. Didn't get to use the Tatami style dining area in room

호텔은 객실이나 주변 환경, 고즈녁하니 호캉스를 즐기기에 너무 줗았는데 직원분들이 좀 더 친철하시면 좋을 것 같네요. 혼자 좀 쉬러 갔는데 리셉션의 건조한 표정과 말투, 조식 장소에서 다른 테이블 음식을 치우시면서 빤히 쳐다보거나 하는 건 좀 불편했어요.

This hotel property is unique and beautiful. Style of the hotel is that of an old traditional Korean house, with all the modern touches. If visiting the Incheon area again we will definitely book this property again.

It is really amazing experience about Korea traditional hotel. I will visit this hotel later. It has wooden bathtub, all room is decorated Korean tradition wall papers. It has own Korea beauty and modern. There provide special rooms for tea time.

FINAL VERDICT: Best Han-ok (Korean traditional house) hotel available with western hospitality services on top.

- Located directly on the edge of Songdo Central Park, the property offers a surreal experience with Korean traditional housing (Han-ok) with the traditional food and folk game programs.
- Convenience from being in Songdo makes the stay dynamic. Direct access to Songdo park means you can enjoy the lakeside boats or just feel the nature walking around the greenery. Just across the street you gain access to the best Bar in Songdo (Panoramic 65), and shopping is minutes away with Hyundai Songdo Outlet, Costco, homeplus within vicinity.
- Staff service may be delayed or occupied during peak seasons. There is only a limited number of rooms in Gyeongwonjae and I find that Ambassador runs this property in a lean fashion where staff members may be pre-occupied attending to former requests and hence lead to delays in service.

We visited Gyeongwonjae as a anniversary trip for our daughter as she just learned how to walk around January. Property wasn’t too far from Seoul (Songdo would be even closer for folks coming in the Incheon Airport), offered large space with 2 separate rooms, did not have carpets (traditional Korean wood floor) and had decent Korean food we could comfortably feed our newborn.
We loved our stay there as the space was very large and our daughter had plenty of space to adventure around and practice walking. Also, the property had direct access to Songdo Central Park which is a lovely curated park and more than worth a visit. We had fun walking around and staring at the riverside boats come and go. Royal Suite Room has a very large Japanese style wooden hot tub, (4m+ length and 2m width) which was great for us to have a dip.
I would have to note that some of the services such as room service for meals, breakfast and small requests (additional pillow etc) were a bit delayed as there were only a limited number of staff servicing. This didn’t bother us much during our stay hence it was a delightful experience for our family overall and I intend to do a revisit on a warmer season.

TIPS:
- Panoramic 65 is a wonderful bar on the highest building of Songdo that is just a 10 minute walk. I would recommend visitors taking advantage of the places nearby and have a decent dinner, walk around Songdo Central Park and enjoy a few drinks to make most of the location.
- If you are into shopping, Hyundai Songdo Outlet is a 15minute walk from the hotel and offers trending food chains, a wide range of shopping fun from luxury brands to local designers at a bargain.

Everything was perfect.

ロケーションは最高です。フロントは日本語対応できませんでしたが、部屋は綺麗でした。風呂は深めの広い浴槽でしたが、お湯の出が悪くシャワーは快適とは言えませんでした。トイレも清潔でしたが、ウォシュレットに多少の不具合がありました。

It’s a clean and nice place to stay and the staff members were friendly. It’s also a nice place to bring kids. There is plenty of space for them to explore and walk around. Ondol is great experience for the family.

We were escorted by a member of staff to our private "home" which consisted of a private gate, a yard, and a building consisting of living room, traditional sitting room, and bedroom. The amenities were perfect and the modest mini bar was available for free. Kyoungwonjae is a beautiful traditional oasis in the midst of a high rise city, and is a truly unforgettable experience. I would come again, to celebrate another special and private occasion!

일본인 남친이 한국에와서 모처럼 한국의 느낌을 더욱 받을수있도록 좋은호텔없을까. 찾다가 경원재를 보게되었는데 직접 와보니 너무 분위기좋고 청결하고 방도넓고 좋더라구요ㅎ조식도 한식으로 나와서 일본인 남친이 굉장히 만족해하였습니다^^ 밤이되면 야경또한 이뻐서 남친이 계속 사진찍고 동영상찍고 아주 잘쉬다갑니다^^!!

Service are good and enviroment good too, can enjoy a good stay there. Next to the Central park and only 2 station to outlet

우선 호텔 자체가 굉장히 이뻤고 청결도 서비스 모두 만족합니다. 호텔측의 잘못으로 요청한 것 중 안된 것도 있으나 대처가 매우 빨랐습니다. 다만 룸 서비스 시간이 제한적인 점 조식은 무조건 식당 식사밖에 되지 않는 점이 아쉽네요

직원분들 친절하고, 방 환경도 좋았습니다. 시설이 모두 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 난방하면 너무 건조해지는 호텔들 있는데 그렇지 않아 좋았고 편백나무 욕조도 좋았고 욕실까지 신발 안 신고 다닐 수 있는 것도 좋았네요. 물론 최고는 한옥느낌 물씬 나는 인테리어였구요. 다만 호텔 내에 구경할 곳이 좀 있는 줄 알았는데 그건 없었고, 주변에 둘러볼 만한 곳도 없는 편이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 조식은 가격대비 별로였어요.
