Pros:

Um dia antes da minha chegada pedi uma cama a mais de solteiro, quando cheguei não estava preparado mas o gerente da ocasião logo providenciou um outro quarto. Era bem espaçoso. As acomodações parecem ter sido reformadas pois o colchão das camas eram novos. Possui uma sinalização eletrônica ao lado da porta no corredor que indica se o quarto está ocupado. Café da manhã bem servido em variedades. Bem localizado, em frente a praia (mas não própria pra banho), caminhando um pouco se chega a rua de comércio. Tem elevador panorâmico!

Cons:

Não me agradou o banheiro. Acho que ainda não foi reformado. O assento era de madeira em laka. não me inspirou higiene.

Pros:

Suite was nice and big with a great view.

Cons:

Aircon was poor and struggled to cool the room to a decent temperature. Single glazed windows meant it was very very noisy and the entrance road was being resurfaced with tarmac at night right under our window - so very noisy. We also went up to use the rooftop pool but 3 children were in it and continually shouting and screaming - their Mum didn't stop them.

Justo para estadias curtas e localizacao estrategica para barcas
Pros:

A localizacao em Charitas é bonita, bem de frente para a praia e bem próxima da estacao de barcas. Mas é bom saber que tem uma favela enorme bem proxima. A cobertura com a piscina tem uma vista linda para o Rio de Janeiro. O cafe-da-manha foi bom, sem muita variedade, mas o básico tinha.

Cons:

Quarto bem pequeno, ar condicionado em más condicoes e chuveiro esquisito. Ele fica no meio do box, como se fosse um cano saindo do teto.

Luzes queimadas no banheiro; toalha pior qualidade possível, funcionários desde a recepção pessimamente instruídos e mal educados ( pelo menos a recepcionista que nos recebeu foi grosseira e nosso quarto não estava pronto e nossa solicitação de estar com os quartos próximos não foi atendida )
Pessoal do restaurante todos excelentes ( porém a funcionária da limpeza neste dia de hoje 14/06 - altamente sem noção desde as 7 da manhã entrando e saindo batendo propositalmente as portas para acordar os hóspedes possível pra limpar e ir embora - com rádio de comunicação em altura máxima ao lado dos quartos onde os hóspedes teoricamente ainda estão descansando demonstrando total desrespeito ao bater em sequência 6 vezes portas a toda a altura por tremer a parede da porta do quarto pelo eco. Enfim um fiasco se não fosse um total desrespeito !
