Hotel Maravilhoso! Equipe Excelente! Cozinha excepcional, Pratos, lanches , sobremesas café da manhã. Limpeza do hotel Nota mil em tudo! Quartos grandes, localização privilegiada, vista maravilhosa, conservação em dia ! E ainda tem ação social, eles ajudam um orfanato. Recomendo muito, vou voltar. Só falta ser pet friendly ! Mas estão de parabéns!

Hotel razoável, café da manhã na média. Reservei e paguei por um quarto com uma cama de casal e duas camas de solteiro, mas não foi isso que eu recebi. Havia apenas uma cama de casal, se é que pode dizer isso, e uma cama de solteiro. A cama de solteiro não estava arrumada. Não havia travesseiros para todos, não havia toalhas para todos, não havia cobertores para todos. Minha impressão é que não esperavam por nós. Pedi serviço de quarto e a comida também não era muito boa. Por outro lado o café da manhã até que não era ruim e a vista da cobertura é muito bonita.

Pros:

Reservei quarto quadruplo (1 cama de casal e 2 solteiro) mas o quarto era triplo. Ainda assim havia apenas 1 travesseiro, 1 coberta de solteiro e apenas 1 toalha. Ao pedir adicionais nos foi enviado 1 coberta a mais mas tambem de solteiro. O carro, o atendendte do.check in de forma rispida disse q tinha q ficar na rua ate que alguem o levasse para a garagem. Mais de meia hora apos o check in o carro ainda estava la na rua. Ar condicionado barulhento, quarto com odor ruim, cafe da manha simples com pao frances do dia anterior, mostrando falta de cuidado com os itens.
