No power
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel when we come into town.

Cons:

We had to cancel our stay because the power was out due to severe thunderstorm that knocked out most of Elkhart Indiana.

Big, clean, comfortable room, great location, great value. What's not to like?!
Pros:

Excellent location; easy access from interstate and within walking distance of several good restaurants. Not fancy, but clean, comfortable room where everything was easy to operate and worked as it should.

Booking needs to contact properties
Pros:

I was unable to stay because the power was out at the property. I paid for my stay through Booking and they didn't notify me that the property was without power. I am still waiting for my refund.

Cons:

The fact that Booking has no means to make sure the property was up and running before I paid the last of my money just to have to sleep in my car.

Price was great. Fresh paint and remodeled. Good location.

Cons:

Was disappointed in the cleaning. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. There was a decent amount of hair on the floor by the moldings. Lots of dust bunnies by the bed. Did not appear to get the normal cleaning that I have seen at other hotels. Everything was so new and fresh was disappointing to see the cleaning crew was not cutting it.
