Tres bel emplacement, à proximité de beaucoup de lieux sur Hanoï, personnel très serviable et petit déjeuner très complet
Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre et il me semble que ce n’était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Finalement la chambre est bien mais le matelas n’était pas super confortable (très mou) et la chambre très peu insonorisée

Central location in old quarter close to most things you need, the wonderful buffet breakfast and friendly front of house ladies on arrival. The tour provided to Ninh Binh was exceptional and would be something we would do again without a doubt.
Some of the property is tired and doesn’t look like the photos. Particularly the upstairs pool area had broken loungers, the in bath shower was faulty and made a high pitched noise when in use. Also the curtain in the shower was extremely mouldy and needed a change. The single lift was also a hassle at certain times where we waited for up to 5 minutes. When we were up at the pool and ordered a drink, they quoted a price which we accepted. When we cleared our room costs, we noticed hidden taxes and service fees which was not communicated at the time of purchase. Besides the wonderful ladies at reception, we found the men to be a little unprofessional, always on their phones like teenagers and at times didn’t even acknowledge us on entry and exit. Just a tad unprofessional in our opinion.
Fabulous location, friendly staff, well equipped hotel
We were on a low level and it was quite loud at night with the noise from the street coming in. Reception provided us with earplugs to help us sleep.
