It is ideally situated, such a beautiful pearl of a hotel
A few issues with the over the bath shower in 904 as the water escaped onto the floor.Not a problem in 902 which has a shower tray
The included breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful, and really welcoming when we arrived. The location was excellent, within walking distance from important tourist attractions. All areas of the hotel were beautiful.
The towels were very worn and some had holes in them.

The staff were really level, particularly the reception team. Really friendly, warm and helpful. They gave us a parting Tet new year gift which was really thoughtful!
Great location far enough away from the Old Quarter madness but in a prime spot for some great food spots and all the surrounding attractions. We walked everywhere with ease.
Good enough room for an overnight stay and decent breakfast
Room needs some TLC and maintenance. Bathroom was a bit old and needed some care to fix it up (shower leaked over the bathtub, builders marks on tiles, water temperature quite cool)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war gut und es gab eine große Auswahl vom Buffet und á la Carte. Vom Frühstücksraum hat man eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt.
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und hatte eine (verschlossene) Tür zum Nebenzimmer. Vom Nebenzimmer hat man jedes Geräusch gehört.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Fenster zum Zimmer. Es gibt zwar ein Rollo zum Blickschutz. Allerdings ist das Rollo trotzdem ziemlich transparent, so dass man trotzdem ins Bad schauen kann. Außerdem wird Nachts, bei Nutzung des Bades und eingeschaltetem Licht, das Zimmer sehr hell. Das Rollo war außerdem unten bereits angeschimmelt bzw sehr fleckig.
