I arrived in the middle of the night and was greeted by the reception (so open 24/7, no issues). Got help with luggage, check in was fast. Breakfasts were really delicious and service was great.

Perfect location and accommodates to arriving early morning with options to check in earlier if available, staff are all amazing very friendly & helpful. Door were always opened and fast communications via whatsapp with anything we needed! 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel was beautiful and the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in my entire life and I've stayed alot of places!! Great location.

Die Steckdosen haben nicht richtig funktioniert und wir hatten Mühe unsere Handys zu laden. Zimmer ziemlich klein mit nur kleinem Fenster, was aber in Anbetracht der Lage im Old Town verständlich ist.
Perfect location. There are a lot of good restaurants, cafes, spas, convenience store and atm. All the staff are excellent, especially front desk who helped us get reservations for Tam Vi and helo us arrange our transportation to Sapa then to the airport after.
Kettle needed an extension because the plug was different, very minor
Very nice style and comfortable facilities. Excellent staff and great breakfast 🍳. Would stay there again any time visiting Hanoi. Tracy, the hotel tour operator does a great job and the rest of the staff is extremely accommodating.
We originally were booked in a room with no window but upgraded ourselves at a discounted fare.
