Lovely stay in a very personable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and hotel situated in a good location to enable walking to everything around. Excellent staff.

Cons:

There is no swimming pool it is a small jacuzzi.

Très bon choix pour découvrir la ville d’Hanoi.
Pros:

Hôtel conforme à nos attentes. Chambre et literie confortables. L’emplacement, la piscine, la terrasse, le personnel et le rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Le prix des services supplémentaires (laverie et cocktails)
Le fait que la navette entre l’aeroport et l’hôtel soit renseignée comme gratuite dans booking, quand elle est en réalité payante.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Des chambres agréables, un déjeuner très convenable dans une salle au dernier étage avec une vue imprenable et un emplacement au plus près du vieux quartier. L’ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, merci à eux.

Cons:

Hôtel assez basique, La salle de déjeuner est petite et il est arrivé que nous ne puissions pas déjeuner en famille. Quartier bruyant mais c’est Hanoï !

Beautiful Hotel, amazing staff
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
Beautiful and Clean Hotel with super comfy beds.
Very good breakfast, with both a buffet and special menu.
Our Halong Bay trip was cancelled due to weather and the staff accommodated us with an additional night but in a smaller room. The King Suite with Balcony is a much better choice worth the little bit extra.

Cons:

The noise from the other rooms on your floor.
There is no soundproofing whatsoever.
You can hear people talking and slamming doors.
