Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, tolle Lage ganz zentral in der Altstadt, herrliche Aussicht vom Restaurant (ist auch Frühstücksraum) über die Stadt, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und qualitativ sehr gut, in der Rooftop-Bar gibt es sehr gute Cocktails, vor allem aber ein ganz großes Plus des Hotels: die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals - das betrifft speziell das Barteam und ganz besonders an der Rezeption: die Unterstützung bei Organisation von Besuchen und Ausflügen (z.B. Karten für Wasserpuppentheater, Auto mit Fahrer für Tagesausflüge, Fahrt zum Flughafen); ich würde dazu immer wieder über das Hotel gehen und keinesfalls die üblichen Apps oder Anbieter für Fahrten im Internet nutzen. Über das Hotel ist es absolut zuverlässig, hat hohe Qualität und ist deutlich günstiger.

If had to pick one thing woukd say laundary service extremely expensive done per item and extortionate especially as you are surrounded by laundary servixes all arouns fir fraction if the price- but that said atill the most amazing hotel- very luxurious/no gym facilities
Our delix twin room was very small almost too small but beautiful and compact
Property is in old quarter
Room size is very small not comfortable for two members for the price we are paid. Food is average.
