Pros:

Ci è piaciuta molto la struttura, la posizione, la camera e gli spazi comuni; staff estremamente gentile e professionale.

Cons:

secondo noi la cucina, pur buona e varia, non ha soddisfatto appieno il nostro gusto e dovrebbe essere decisamente migliorata per essere all'altezza dell'offerta globale dell'hotel.

For a skying break, simply perfect.
Pros:

First day was snowing hard and we passed the afternoon in the Spa, lovely. Second day we just put our snowboard and left directly on the slopes, after purchasing the sky pass directly at the reception, simply amazing. End of snowboarding day, arrived directly at hotel from the slopes, took a shower and left from the garage. Talk about details that make the difference.

Cons:

Was expecting something more in terms of food quality at the restaurant. Good service though.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, good food
Pros:

Fantastic location with stunning views across the valley. Breakfast was awesome- why don’t they have on the main page of the website that they have their own pastry chef?! I wouldn’t have looked any further! I loved that despite it being upmarket it wasn’t at all stuffy; for example all the groups sitting playing card games in the bar lounge in the evening made it very home-like. The pool in the spa was lovely and warm which helped when swimming in the ‘outdoor’ (covered balcony with open wall) with snow blowing in on my face. Piste 3b is pretty steep for ski in/out and was challenging on a warm day when it turned to ice with moguls. Snow overnight helped fix that. If you buy your pass daily at the cable car station then you get cheap rate if not every lift/ piste open. We recharged the plastic card every day to avoid waste. It’s really cool having the card in your glove to easily beep through lift entrance. Ski locker room heats your boots/ helmet overnight so pleasant to put on in the morning. Ski room rescue puppy was super cute- ciao Mister White ! Un bacio per te dalla Scozia!

Cons:

It’s a fair trek up from the village and if you are waiting for the shuttle bus it was really cold, and sometimes there wasn’t space in the shuttle

Utrolig bra beliggenhet, men service og frokost og middag har blitt veldig mye dårligere på to år.
Pros:

Rommet er bra, nærheten til bakken er vanvittig bra. Frokost er OK. Middag er bra.

Cons:

Ved ankomst måtte jeg parkere bilen i p-huset, imens måtte kona dra to store kofferter, en sekk og en veske alene til rommet som var langt unna resepsjonen, mens hun som viste veien helt frem ikke gjorde noe for å hjelpe henne.

personalet er totalt uinteressert i gjestene sine med noen få unntak. dessverre. service har falt kraftig. har bodd her i mange år, men i år blir nok det siste.

perfect location, everything can be taken care of - you can buy lift passes in the hotel and rent skis within the hotel too. no need to organise these elsewhere!

L'uso della piscina e della spa è da pagare a parte, ci è stato detto che è gestita da un altra proprietà, potrebbero però farla rientrare nel prezzo pagato per il soggiorno
