No es un hotel, son apartamentos.
Pros:

La recepción no es permanente, es conveniente llamar por teléfono antes de arribar.

Not good enough for the price
Pros:

The location is good. The receptionist was also very kind.

We had to pay for the additional guest around 18 dollars. (I had booked one double room but for 1 person).

The room offers plates and cups but they were dirty. In addition, the shower did not work correctly (it changed from cold to warm every 2 minutes). For the price we ended up paying for this hotel (almost 50 dollars), I am sure we could' ve found a better hotel in Cuenca.
