dissatisfied! I definitely won't be returning to this hotel.
Pros:

I found the room clean, but the towels were not changed until the penultimate day, and then because I gave the cleaning lady €5 and told her that we needed clean towels.

Cons:

The hotel staff were very unfriendly, especially the older blonde lady at the reception and the chef, the food was repetitive and of low quality, there were only 4 types of cocktails at the bars, they didn't know how to make anything else if you asked for them. At the restaurant you had to clear your table yourself, because there was only one worker for the whole restaurant. There was no entertainment, there were 2 guys who played music in the evening, maximum 15 minutes after which they left with the speaker. At the snack bar, it was the same pizza every day, if you missed lunch, you had no other option than those cold pizza slices. The hotel as a whole is by no means a 4 star, in our opinion this hotel deserves a maximum of 4 stars considering the facilities offered.

Raport calitate/ preț excelent

Cons:

Nimic de reproșat celor de la hotel, in schimb cei de la booking ar trebuie sa știe ca atunci când rezervi o camera pentru 3 adulti nu este normal sa primești camera pt 2 adulti si un copil pentru ca un adult sigur nu încape in pătuțul pregătit pentru copil. Mulțumim celor de la hotel pentru ca au înțeles problema si ne au schimbat cele 2 camere.

Отель не дотягивает на 4 звезды но твердые 3+.
Pros:

Цена соответствует услуге. Бесплатная огражденная парковка напротив отеля. Анимация для детей есть. Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняются ежедневно. До моря 5 минут. Шезлонги и зонтик на пляже платные, каждая единица по 10 левов.

Cons:

Отель достаточно большой, столовая не соответствует количеству постояльцев из-за этого постоянные очереди. Возле повара жарившего блины и яйца утром большая очередь и это каждый день, он физически не успевал, но и особо не торопился. Полотенец для пляжа также не хватало всем. Холодильник в номере оставляет желать лучшего, то работал то не работал. Кондиционер забитый мхом и пылью видно не чистили его несколько сезонов. Постельное белье меняют раз в 4 дня.

Pros:

Közel a tengerhez, csupán pár perc séta, bőséges ételválaszték, tisztaság úgy az étteremben mint a hotel többi részében. Szuper gyermek és felnőtt programok. A medencebárnál a csapos egy arany ember, őt külön kiemelném. Nagy, sorompóval zárt parkoló, melyet ingyenesen lehetett használni. Jó ár érték arány.

Cons:

Az egyetlen dolog amit kifogásoltam az a kávé íze... más minden rendben volt.

Местоположение, чистотата в стаите, перфектни аниматори.

Cons:

Наглостта на чужденците. Липсата на телевизионни канали в стаята (само 10, като повечето бяха чуждестранни канали), прекалено малко телевизорче (мисля че не отговаря за хотел 4 звезди), липса на контакти (само един в стаята). Въпреки добрите аниматори, всичко беше предназначено само за чуждестранните гости на хотела, а все пак сме в България, трябва да се помисли и за нашите туристи.
