A secret hotel in a secret location for your secret vacation.
Pros:

The location is the main consideration here. It's located waterfront, near wharves and other industrial buildings that likely serve the fishery industry. It is located on this strip between Nampo and Songdo beach. Kind of a food desert. But this is the charm. Everyday you wake up to incredible scenery and ships going in/out to/from fishing. Directly below is a linear sports park and walking path. Also directly below are seafood restaurants which are likely to have the freshest seafood. It is a 20 minute walk to Songdo beach, which I enjoyed. It would be an 8-rated hotel, but with the service, pricing, and waterfront view, I bump it up to a 10, but just keep in mind the little sacrifices you take by staying here.

Cons:

There may be some passing undesirable smells coming from the fishing boats and wharves. You have to accept the bad with the good in this type of situation, but you should embrace it in this case.

Die Leute die in Hotel gearbeitet haben waren alle super nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns immer gefreut, wenn wir sie gesehen haben, und wurden auch immer gut beraten und von dem Personal auch super unterstützt. Vielen DANK!!!

Cons:

Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart. Aber von der Größe und der Sauberkeit war es super.

My choice of a hotel for songdo area.
Pros:

Large room, comfortable with a nice view of the ocean.

Cons:

I was approved for 1pm check in but upon arrival, the lady working there told me that that wasn’t possible. I showed her the messages that I received confirming my early arrival.
Started with wrong foot but it was fine after.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In je kamer had je alle benodigde spullen shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body shower towel, scheermes, tandpasta en tandenborstel. Mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft een hele mooie uitzicht, maar is nogal aan de oude kant. Ontbijt was erg teleurstellend.

Loved the man from reception!!!he was really funny, helpful and accommodating
The view is amazing
You get to exercise outside if you want to as there are running trucks and football/ tennis courts
It's a great place to stroll as well
There is a combini quite close
We were using taxies as the price seemed affordable and it was what we needed, but honestly I didn't see any metro close to the hotel
The beds are comfy
