Pros:

When I arrived at my room the door was wide open. Didn't need to use a key. VERY VERY SCARY. Anyone could have been hiding in the room. I was unable to report this as there was nobody at Reception the morning I left.

Cons:

NO SECURITY.. DOOR to my ROOM WIDE OPEN WHEN I ARRIVED.

Pros:

Staff really nice, big parking space, really nice bar and dining area, big bed and big bedroom

Cons:

No lift.
We found a dirty towel (wich was replace by staff)
The shower’s floor was dirty (there was a bandaid)
Big spiderweb on the wall
One of the windows frame came off.
When the guest next to us was taking shower late in the night there was a really loud noise.
The floor in the corridor was making a weird noise every step and I couldn’t sleep really good during the night.

Good for the price.
Pros:

All good for the price, which was cheap. Helpful staff. Very very noisy air con (from other rooms if we opened our window. Otherwise good.

Good value for what we paid, Ok for mates weekend trip away.
Pros:

Great location near horse race track, rooms very clean

Cons:

Bar staff not very responsive to our needs, refused to change TV channel even thou noone else was watching it. Staff not up to date with venue promotion app.

I have stayed many times. Would be great to have a little table and two chairs. These could easily fit into the rooms that have the king size beds.
