All i can say i am not happy.
Pros:

Close to the shops

Cons:

No lift.. i was struggling carrying my luggages going up and down stairs, The room has a strange smell..no iron and ironing board.

Cold, wet,windy but that is the weather for you and it was mid winter.(refer to question 4)
Pros:

Adequate hot water, tea/coffee topped up daily, gaming room clean and regular snacks and free tea/coffee, plenty of options in dining room (perhaps a little pricey) adequate free parking

Cons:

Sadly, my room had two very small single beds which were on rollers which moved about a bit Passageway floorboards very creaky/noisy Nearby trams not running due to trackworks but that is not the hotels fault

Pros:

Good sized room. Fairly well serviced. Water pressure and hot water in shower was excellent. Lots of parking outside and a good safe alternative access off a quiet side street. I'd stay again.

Cons:

Upper floor boards creaked a lot. The glass skylight over the toilet/shower leaked a little. Looking up in the toilet/shower reminded me of those prison movies where they can sometimes see a bit of sky from their cell. I was in Room 4. Sometimes the cleaner forgot to do certain things in our room like empty the bin or take and replace all used bathroom items (towels, bathmats and hand washers). I thought there were no where near enough bins inside the venue or around the perimeter for guests.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable our room was very dated but nice and clean. The shower was lovely and hot. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like all the stairs as I have trouble walking. Also the loud noises coming from outside our room from I'm guessing all the air conditioning etc. The floors were very creaky and I had to ask for a spare blanket as there wasn't one in the room.
