Hyggelig personalet som er veldig hjelpsomme, men du får virkelig det du betaler for. det er billig sted. hotellet er i en eldre bygning, og det er et eldre rom, men det fungerer. hotellet er ganske sentralt og rundt 20 min med taxi så veldig greit. hvis du vil bo fint og bryr deg om renslighet anbefaler jeg ikke dette stedet.

I booked and paid for family room for our Ho Chi min vacation
Upon out check in we were told that our room is in available due to broken AC and no other room is available . The weather on that time hot n humid and we are so tired from our flight .the front desk was also sleeping on the couch with all the light off .we left and luckily we found a better hotel and we stayed there better price much cleaner and breakfast included i reported this incident to horel.com demanding my full refund and Hotel.com never responded me yet
