Miła obsługa, całkiem blisko plaży.
Pokój był brudny. Moskitiera była strasznie brudna. Hałas w nocy, nie dało się spać. Parter wyglądał jak budowa i w ogóle nie był sprzątany. Śniadanie słabe. W tej cenie można znaleźć o wiele lepsze noclegi.
L'emplacement au centre de la ville
La saleté des lieux communs, des chambres, des sanitaires. Des cafards morts et vivants partout, des déchets divers, nourriture moitié abandonnée au détour dun couloir, meubles cassés entreposés au rdv des chambres....bref, à fuir

Please make sure everything that’s in the description is in every room, you shouldn’t have ask.
Clean when arrived, but when cleaning while there, was just a change of bedding and a quick sweep. Should change towels and clean thoroughly.
When furniture breaks, replace it, didn’t even have bedside tables or a chair for the deck, my wardrobe was shelves only, no hanging space.
Little things and partly reflected in the price, but if they are shown in pictures and described, then they should be there.
Just seems like it’s been let go a bit, would still stay there again though.

Pool was waste of time no sun beds available and not enough beds on the beach breakfast wasn’t good was cold staff not very friendly, also lots of Russians playing there own music on beach very loudly
Good location and lovely balcony.
There were electrical cords hanging in the shower, mold in the basin, the curtains were very old and didn’t cover the window. Towels are old and stained. No wifi or furniture in the bedroom eg chair, side tables, lamps and even though I informed the staff I would be checking in late and got a response, they were unprepared. This place is very expensive for what you get. I would not recommend. Checked out after a day.

Sadly, the hotel is very run down. With a little bit of work, this hotel could be very nice due to it's location and beautiful building.
Close to thw beaxh
It was under construction. Pool was closed. Not clean the room. Heavy dust on furnitures. Need ask for soup , toilet papers.
Location is toooooo good to enjoy with own restaurant on the best beach . Main touristy n happening in South srilanka must recommended
Construction was going on lower floor has no view of sea. Service was very poor..... But for beach location every thing you can forget.

Service is worst among all the hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka. Dish connection of the TV doesn’t work. Staffs are busy with a restaurant in front of the hotel than, concentrating on guest of the hotel. Swimming pool is out of service but in booking.com it says swimming pool is available.

Very nice, big room with AC and big balcony. Toilette and shower separated, both big enough. View from the room and closeness to the beach is very good. They let us have a late check out, free of charge.
Staff was a little confused also a bad english. Bed sheets had some holes. Breakfast was nothing special. During our stay the building was renovated with was quite disturbing and loud.

I spent only one night there, because of the location, actually it is the only good thing about this property.
- the mosquito’s net is covered with bloody spots
- the building is extremely old and when I woke up I saw the part of the ceiling on the floor
- careless staff
- poor breakfast
- swimming pool looks so bad that I never tried it
- Clean and very spacious rooms with functioning AC and ventilator
- very comfortable beds with good mattresses
- very close to the beach
- no WiFi in the rooms
- it was quite loud because of the busy street right in front of the hotel
- Loud Russian party music in the hotels restaurant until late at night . Therefore not suitable for families with noise-sensitive kids
- We booked this hotel because of the pool. We have two small kids. However the pool was quite dirty and not welcoming at all. We went to another much better hotel pool instead were the kids could swim for 500 LKR/kid.
- Apart from the rooms this hotel is in a bad state and urgently needs renovation.
