Location is great but room cleanliness and the worn & damaged furniture/fixture needs improvement.
Pros:

Location was great being close to shopping, food, and public transportation.

Cons:

Condition of the furniture and walls was poor. The tables were very worn and scratched up and walls had noticeable patches. Bathroom sink had mold around faucet, bathtub had rusted parts, and bathroom glass door didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was even a bad aid left on the rooms light/temperature control panel.

Pros:

The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect. The mini fridge was clean. The room was very clean except for some wallpaper cleanliness and the bathroom.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of mold behind the toilet, and a lot of black mold underneath where the shower is held. Also black mold behind the sink. If I took a hot shower, it was make it easier for the mold to affect me. If they could treat those areas, then I would give them a 10/10.

立地は良かったけどリピは無しです。
Pros:

立地がとても良くてメイン通り沿いにあるので荷物を置きに帰ったり休憩出来て良かったです。
窓にも網戸が付いていて窓を開けられて良かった。
3種類の充電ケーブルが設置されていてコンセントも1箇所にまとまって3口あるので困らなかったですが枕元にもコンセントや照明の操作ができるような設備があれば嬉しいです。
バスタオルが無く、普通のタオルが2枚置いてありました。
値段がとても安いので値段相応と感じました。

Cons:

部屋に入った途端にすごい消毒液の匂いと湿気でした。
幸い窓を開けられる仕様だったので全ての窓を開けて２日目にやっと消えました。
部屋の隅はホコリが溜まってて気分は悪かったです。
後、浴室のドアがテープで補強されていて開けるたびにテープのバリバリした音がするし、シャワーの固定位置がとても高くて不便でした。
後、廊下が変な香水？のような強烈な匂いがする。

最悪だった
Pros:

街が近くて、立地は良かった

Cons:

部屋の掃除がなってない！
風呂には髪の毛があり、ベッドはシワクチャで髪の毛があった。
暖房もきかず困ったが、担当がいなかった
チェックアウトしてないのに、居ない間、掃除に入られた

Pros:

The only good thing about this place is the convenient location.

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty! Hair everywhere, mold in the bathroom, and stains on the bed sheets and furniture. It felt disgusting to touch anything.

良かった。また韓国行く時もリピします。

・地下鉄やバスが近い
・景色が良い

Za swoją cenę bardzo dobry wybór
Pros:

Pokój ma fenomenalny standard jak na swoją cenę w porównaniu do Europy - we Włoszech byłby 5 razy droższy. Lokalizacja na tyle na ile się orientuję była w porządku.

Cons:

Toaleta jest niesprzątana, a przynajmniej takie sprawia wrażenie. Podobnie okna - wyglądają jakby ktoś ostatnio mył je chwilę po budowie budynku. Dodatkowo, personel w recepcji nie zawsze był dostępny, ale być może to akurat przypadkowa sytuacja.
