Great one night stay!
Pros:

Great stay! Loved the cosy lounge area with teas and coffees, comfy room, friendly staff, convenient location.

Cons:

Would have loved a kettle/mugs in the room. Didn't have the breakfast - 23+ EUR felt very expensive!

Nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Gefallen hat, dass es sauber war und das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Vom besten Frühstück der Stadt-womit geworben wird- allerdings weit entfernt. Das scheint ein Werbespruch ohne Inhalt zu sein.

Cons:

Es ging schon vor der Anreise los-wegen Bahnverspätungen lag meine Reisezeit bei fast 14 Stunden und ich wäre 15 Minuten nach 22 Uhr angekommen. Der Mann am Telefon sagte dann, das ginge nicht. Habe ich so wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Eine Möglichkeit, die Buchung und das Geld nicht verfallen zu lassen, wäre eine Änderung der Zahlungsmethode auf Kreditkarte-die war jedoch ganz neu und noch nicht verifiziert. Ich probierte und probierte und fand dann zwei Minuten vor 22 Uhr noch eine Lösung, sonst wäre das Geld weg gewesen und ich hätte ohne Unterkunft dagestanden. Absolut gästeunfreundlich und man kam gestresst an.
Dann ging es weiter...unten in der Lobby fand eine Party statt. Laute Musik und laute, alkoholisierte Menschen...die Lobby war zum Treppenhaus hin offen und mein Zimmer (ich hatte bei der Buchung extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, weil ich für ein Seminar dort war) lag-tadaa- direkt gegenüber der Treppe des Flurs. Noch ignoranter hätte man meinem Wunsch nicht gegenüberstehen können. Nachts nach 1 Uhr war es noch sehr laut und die Rezeption natürlich nicht mehr besetzt. Wie zur Hölle kann man die Hotellobby als Partylocation vermitteln, wenn dort Gäste schlafen. Es ist nicht jeder zur Freizeit dort. Zumindest nach 0 Uhr hätte es etwas ruhiger sein können. Hauptsache, wirklich jeden Euro mitnehmen.
Der nächste Morgen...beim Frühstücken gab es zwei Kinder, die wirklich schrien, kreischten und brüllten, als wären sie alleine. Die einen Eltern sagten zumindest mal was dazu, was das Kind allerdings keinen Deut zu interessieren schien und die andere Mutter machte nichts. Leider hatten sie sich auch so im Raum verteilt, dass man keine ruhige Ecke hatte. Als ich froh war, dass das eine Kind dann weg war, kam schon das Nächste, das noch lauter war und direkt neben mir so brüllte, dass ich aus dem Affekt heraus sowas wie "Meine Güte" sagte und später auch mitbekam, dass eine Frau am Nebentisch das Kind böse anschaute. Es war wirklich eine Zumutung.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel. It was clean. the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! The staff was very kind and helpfull.

There was some anoying noises in the morning coming from the street. Not the hotel's fault. The toilet in the room was a little bit too high.

Een donkere kamer. Geen airco en kon de ramen niet open doen vanwege een drukke straat. Geen koffie/thee op de kamer. Badkamer erg basic. Douche in de badkuip: erg glibberig. Personeel is na 20:00 uur weg. Op zondag niet gezien na het ontbijt. Kamer werd niet opgemaakt. Moest op de laatste dag heel vroeg weg. Geen aanbod om een broodje mee te geven. En dat je voor WiFi moet betalen heb ik in geen 20 jaar meegemaakt. En waarom, voor 20 cent. Tot slot: beroerde prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding.
