Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Das Personal ist locker und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Schade ist nur, wenn man das tolle Brot verpaßt und nicht nachgelegt wird. Auch frisches Obst könnte das gute Frühstück perfektionieren. Dass es keine Zahnputzbecher gibt - oder nur auf Nachfrage - ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Great little (tiny) hotel for a short stay. Lovely staff!

Cons:

Dekoration des Hotels, Personal war freundlich gestimmt, Betten waren ok. Sauberkeit gut.

Extrem laute Umgebung, Personal nicht professionell genug: Wir kommen 21 Uhr (mit meiner 5jährigen Tochter) nach 7 Stunden Reise, Mann am Empfang begrüsst uns mit "Sie haben kein fliessendes Wasser auf dem Zimmer wegen eines Rohrbruchs." Als ich frage, ob wir wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser zum Zähneputzen haben dürfen, sagt er "nein." Kurz darauf checkt er, ob das Wasser des Hotels fliesst und es fliesst. Panikmache für nichts! Dann sagt er, wir können nicht zusammen dort übernachten, weil ich vergessen habe mein Kind mit anzumelden. Dabei ist das Zimmer gross genug. Dann will er meiner 5jährigen Bonbons um 21 Uhr abends geben, ohne mich vorher zu fragen, ob das okay ist. Dann sagt er, wir hätten den doppelten Zimmerpreis wegen der Klimakonferenz bezahlt. Wozu diese Info? Am nächsten Morgen, noch vor dem Frühstück werden wir von einer Dame an der Rezeption belästigt, weil sie meiner Tochter "den grossen Teddy" zeigen will (den auch schon der Mann am Vorabend unbedingt zeigen wollte). Als hätten wir sonst nichts zu tun, als zu bestätigen, wie toll ihr grosser Teddy ist. Extrem nervig. Ständig wird meine 5jährige zugetextet und vermeintlich nett behandelt. Es wird Zeit gestohlen, da ich nicht offen vor meiner Tochter sagen kann, wie sehr es mich nervt, dass wir nicht einfach in Ruhe gelassen werden. Als ich sage, dass ich eine Zusatzmatratze gegen Aufpreis will, bekommt die Rezeptionsdame das auch nicht in ihren Kopf und will mir ständig ein anderes Zimmer andrehen, obwohl ich mehrfach sage, ich will nicht das Zimmer wechseln, nur die Zusatzmatratze. Nach ca. 10 min checkt sie es dann. Beim Frühstück werden wir gleich zweimal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, zunächst natürlich wieder meine 5jährige, als wäre sie die Ansprechpartnerin für alles. Eine Minute später hat die Dame beim Frühstück wieder vergessen, dass sie uns gerade danach gefragt hat und fragt erneut, als hätte sie uns noch nie gesehen.

Pros:

Отличный отель, находится в центре, рядом множество магазинов, кафе и булочных, хорошая транспортная развязка, можно погулять в парке рядом с отелем. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля, очень дружелюбные люди, отзывчивые и готовые оказать помощь. Номер был очень чистый и вполне удобный. Завтрак был полный и разнообразный, вкусный. Очень понравилася чилаут зона, много интересных вещей для рассматривания и фотографирования, бесплатный кофе.

Cons:

Это не минус, на вкус и цвет как говорится товарища нет, но постер на стене в комнате, в изголовье кровати, был немного давящий и не комфортный. В чилаут зоне можно было бы поставить воду или куллер с водой (в такую погоду иногда хочется просто воды попить).

Hübsch mit toller alter Deko

Cons:

Leider wurden wir nicht nach dem Frühstück gefragt und haben gedacht, es wäre im Preis enthalten gewesen. Leider mussten wir dann 23€ / Person statt 19€ / Person bezahlen, da wir uns nicht angemeldet haben! Das fanden wir leider etwas viel!

Would stay again
Pros:

Really like the hotel, super trendy, spacious and good amenities. Partnership with nearby gym. Room is good, comfortable and silent. Very good breakfast and good wifi. 3 min walking from the gare. Oh, and there's free coffee.

Cons:

There're not a lot of hangers in the room, so if you're traveling for work it may be a bit challenging. Price was a bit high, but there was event in the region and most hotels were sold out.

Pros:

I liked the hotel, the decoration and the amenities are very original and cozy. Every detail was well thought of.
The staff was pretty friendly

Cons:

The area is not that good, looks not safe. There was a guy screaming during a whole day outside near the park.
The breakfast value for money is also not good, few options for the money it costs.
