Pros:

The old school table chair and comfortable bed , all the food and store locations near by. The owners or front desk associates are very considerate and generous.

Cons:

I had to clean my own tub and no stopped cork for the bath tub . Water didn't stay warm too get back water once I did find a way to actually feel the tub water . It's a good relaxation to good resting is all.

It'll do, but not by much
Pros:

It was available, close by. Lady at Check In was nice.

Cons:

Run down rooms, but sleepable. Guy at Check Out was hard to understand and communicate with. As he had a strong Indian accent. Tub didn't drain when taking a shower. Remodeling works started at 8 in the morning on Sunday morning.

It was a very good stay. Will stay again.
