No AC and and the breakfast can be better or have difrent choices. The beds aren't good enough
The breakfast was wonderful and there were many options to choose from. The people were friendly and the pool was great too.
The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I appreciated being able to change rooms after the first night and receiving a €70 voucher for the hotel bar following the problems with the air conditioning.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our comfort and sleep. On the first night, the mattress had a noticeable dip, which made it difficult to sleep.
The air conditioning did not work for the final two nights. Before the last night, I specifically asked whether it had been repaired and was told it was working at 20% reduced capacity. However, the room reached 28°C—the same temperature as outside. It was only afterwards explained that the overall system was operating at reduced capacity, while the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. Clearer communication would have been appreciated.
We were advised to open the window, but planes passed overhead roughly every two minutes until 11 pm and again from 5 am, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. Although I appreciated the €70 bar voucher, it did not make up for the uncomfortable nights.
A hamburger also had to be sent back because it was still raw inside.
Staff was excellent the facilities were great and the roof top pool was superb great hotel
L'hôtel est très beau, l'accueil réservé a été chaleureux et facile. La chambre était plus que correcte, les installations comme la piscine, le bar et la salle de sport donnent un petit truc en plus. Et le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux.
La chambre présentait quelques marques d'usure, la porte fenêtre était difficile à ouvrir, la télé est un peu ancienne et ne donne pas accès aux plateformes comme Netflix...
