Great pools! - really sad breakfast.
Pros:

Rooftop pool = Genious! Loved the relaxing atmosphere around the pool(s), stayed there forever. :)
Friendly reception staff.

SUPER disappointing Breakfast! That was one sad experience.

The staff and location were very good. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The hottub was freezing! Not fixed for the 3 days we were there despite asking twice. Room was very small for a deluxe room.
Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. Gap in middle was awful.

Für einen Städtetrip in Ordnung, aber man sollte nicht zuviel erwarten.

Saubere Zimmer, Frühstück in Ordnung, ausreichend Wasser in grossen Glasflaschen, nette Geste zu Ostern mit Leckereien auf dem Zimmer,

Cons:

Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht für 6 Personen. Zwei Zimmer hatten auch einen Fön.... wir haben hin und her gereicht. Zimmersafe in einem Zimmer kaputt und rostig (somit nicht nutzbar) und so unter dem Waschbecken angeordnet dass man nicht mal Zähne putzen konnte da die Schublade nicht schloss. Aber wir hatten ja noch 3 weitere Zimmersafes zur Nutzung.
Am 4. Tag hatte auch eins unserer Zimmer plötzlich 5 Bademäntel inklusive Einwegslipper. Wir haben diese dann mal unter uns verteilt. Pool geöffnet und auch warm. Whirlpool: Die ersten 4 Tage defekt und die letzten 3 Tage geöffnet aber eiskalt. Also nicht nutzbar. Rooftopbar geschlossen (bei Temperaturen von 22-25 Grad und Sonnenschein). Ambiente allgemein sehr lieblos. (Einrichtung). Frühstücksraum: eher eine Kantine und kein Tisch welcher nicht gewackelt hat. Gartenterrasse auch geschlossen und Bar leider nicht so der Hit. Da wir dieses Hotel aufgrund des Pools, des Whirlpools und der Rooftop Bar gebrucht hatten waren wir entäuscht.

WONDERFUL HOTEL
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The location was perfect: you’re close to all the great spots, making everything easy to reach. The breakfast was excellent as well – a perfect start to the day.

De 10. Todo perfecto.
Pros:

El personal, las instalaciones, es un lujo la piscina de agua caliente. Llegar de visitar monumentos y poder darte un baño. El desayuno perfecto. Los detalles que te dejan en la habitación. Solo puedo decir.... maravilloso.
