Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal, tollem Rooftop-Pool.
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Nächte im Lux Lisboa Park Hotel in Lissabon und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Anreise war sehr unkompliziert, da wir über Booking.com ein Flughafentaxi gebucht hatten. Wir sind bereits gegen 9:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen, konnten aber problemlos unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben. Dieses wurde sicher verwahrt und wir bekamen sogar Gepäckanhänger, damit wir unsere Koffer später eindeutig wiederbekommen. Besonders positiv war, dass wir bereits gegen 13:30 Uhr früher ins Zimmer konnten, obwohl der offizielle Check-in später gewesen wäre.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und qualitativ wirklich gut. Während der 7 Tage gab es zwar keine großen Abwechslungen oder wechselnden Themen, aber die Auswahl war konstant frisch und schmackhaft.
Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts auch den hoteleigenen Pool, den Jacuzzi und das Gym genutzt. Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach ist sehr empfehlenswert und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre, dass einige der Holzplanken im Poolbereich erneuert werden könnten.
Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet – mein Tipp: Am besten früh morgens gegen 6 Uhr oder abends zwischen 17 und 20 Uhr gehen, dann ist es deutlich ruhiger.
Im Zimmer wurde jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt, was wir sehr angenehm fanden.
Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch offen für ein kleines Gespräch, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Hotelbar im Erdgeschoss ist preislich etwa auf dem Niveau anderer Hotelbars.
Fazit:
Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

An zwei Tagen wurde trotz des „Do Not Disturb“-Schildes das Zimmer gereinigt, was eigentlich nicht passieren sollte. Außerdem wurden die Papiertücher im Badezimmer leider nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl wir diese gut sichtbar platziert und sogar eine kleine Nachricht hinterlassen hatten. An der Rezeption haben wir jedoch sofort neue bekommen.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Hotel. Waren im März hier, da ist der beheizte Pool ein ganz großes Plus. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche hat etwas gerochen und die Seitenbrausen waren defekt.

Pros:

Serviço de limpeza - Muito bom, prestável, eficaz. Sugiro que podiam repor o café, como repõe a água.

Cons:

Name Tags - inexistentes em qualquer um deles e de fácil e barata aplicação. - É importante e fundamental que os seus funcionários estejam devidamente identificados.

Chaves dos quartos - no dia do meu check out, aproveitando ainda o ginásio de manhã, a chave do quarto deixou de funcionar a partir das 10:00 horas que é antipático. Tive que me dirigir a recepção, perguntei porquê, disseram-me que não era normal, que estava pré programado para as 12:00, que aliás era isso que o sistema mostrava mas na realidade não foi o que se passou.

Jacuzzi - Deixou de funcionar no segundo dia e assim ficou até ao final da estadia. Com água turva, fria, e sem sinal de não utilização. Existe um sistema que prevê e muda completamente a gestão de manutenção dos edifícios.

Balança no quarto - Não funcionava por falta de pilha, ou seja, não é revisto nem controlado basicamente.

Pequeno Almoço - Podia ser muito melhor pelo mesmo valor… Vi clientes que mudaram de hotel por o acharem muito fraco. Acho uma pena…

Serviço de Room service - Extremamente lento. Pedi talheres que demoraram 40 minutos para chegarem, quando voltei a ligar para a recepção justificaram dizendo que o restaurante estava muito ocupado, sugeri que se alguém da recepção não estivesse tão atrapalhado poderia ser essa mesma pessoa a facilitar e assim foi. Pedi uns roupões que não estavam nos quartos e também chegaram 1 hora depois. Ambos os roupões estavam com as presilhas rotas.

Higiene de alguns trabalhadores - atenção, porque ficou um cheiro nauseabundo no elevador…

Paredes quartos - Com muitas marcas de malas e uso, não dá o melhor aspecto.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir haben hier einen Tag Stopover verbracht und es war ideal. Schnell in der Stadt, aber auch schnell am Flughafen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer und der Pool etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Bett war der Lattenrost durchgebrochen.

Great location, clean and comfy hotel
Pros:

Amazing location, it is surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants as well parks and things to do . Modern and tasteful decor with comfortable rooms, would be nice to have two comfy chairs in the room rather than one .

Cons:

Pool area a little tired compared to rest of the hotel and breakfast adequate but not of the quality that would be expected from the room rate.

Cons:

Hay cosas obvias que no requieren mucho sentido común para hacer de un hotel un buen lugar: habitaciones silenciosas, baños apropiados, personal atento y cuidado en los detalles.
Este hotel cumple sólo en recepción con una de estas condiciones. Paso a detallar.
Nuestra habitación tenía un sistema de re circulación de aire que sonaba hasta las 12 de la noche y se prendía las 6 de la mañana generando un ruido infernal que no permitía dormir. No había cómo apagarlo. Resutados, 2 noches de pésimo sueño.
El baño eran dos casetas pequeñas, una con la ducha y otra con el WC incorporadas a la habitación (sin muros que separasen el baño de la cama) con un lavamanos en una isla abierta que cada vez que se abría la llave salpicaba a todas partes dejando siempre el piso mojado en toda la habitación. Muy mal diseño, el arquitecto probablemente jamás durmió ahí.
La primera noche quisimos subir a la piscina temperada. Si está caliente el agua en una terraza abierta donde llegar todo el viento de Lisboa y donde además, tuvimos que bajar a pedir que prendieran la luz porque estaba completamente oscura. Arriba no había nadie a quien pedirle absolutamente nada.
El restaurant, pocas opciones en la carta y, aún cuando éramos sólo 6 personas, el tiempo de espera por la comida superaba los 40 minutos. Nada muy complejo, un par de cremas de verdura y ensaladas.
El personal del Bar, poco amable, sin interés en servir bien. Sólo interesados en mantener un televisor gigante prendido que ninguno de nosotros quería ver.
Fue realmente una decepción que darse en este lugar. Lejos del centro, con un parking carísimo, no volvería.
Hay opciones mejores en el Centro de la ciudad.

Great aesthetic, clean, good located with so-so breakfast

The aesthetic of the hotel is modern and minimalistic, just as we love it. It was clean, warm, very comfortable for sleeping, quiet and had a well-equipped gym (compared to other hotels) and good wifi

Cons:

The breakfast was same every day with pretty limited options, we hoped for better breakfast. Part of the staff was not friendly at all. The pool was on the terrace, not inside the hotel, didn't use it
