The location is for me very good. Near to public transportation: MRT and the boat to the Mall.
The Studio I had was very spacious and above all it was silent (no noise from outside nor from your neighbors) and clean. The ladies at the lobby were very polite and helpful.
I did not like it. I love it.❤️❤️No noise. The location a bit far. But i enjoy. At the reception they were nice helpful.

My room had a moldie smell and the drain in the shower was clogged, so all the water stayed there for like 30 minutes.
But the stuff was very friendly.
The receptionist was terrible especially Ms. Chanikarn( night receptionist) even day time still terrible. The was warned out but still clean enough. Wifi okay hot water okay tv signal is good many choices of channel to enjoy. Last but not least the morning the electricity cut off around half hour and idk what’s happening
Everything, fantastic, quit place and all staff are very helpful, especially the reception and restaurant team, the House housekeeping are very professional, to clean, and easy to access restaurant around and have also 7/11 in da same building.
The room isn't very big but also not cramped for our family of four. The room's clean and the bed's huge. Staff are very friendly and nice and so accommodating. They have good parking spaces too. Very affordable hotel. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Located just 2.2 km from Rajamangala Stadium this residence is perfect for concert go-ers. Stayed here for 3 nights and the place was just nice as advertised in travel media platforms. It is pretty reachable by walk and easy to find local taxis and motor taxi as well.
Room is clean and quite spacious, smells really good, to be specific the bed sheet is super nice. The only mishaps we had maybe only that the room not made up unless we request or we are in the room while the housekeeper is cleaning, maybe that is for safety reason as well and to be honest not quite a big deal. Another thing maybe from the bathroom side, since there was no shower curtain in my room therefore our bathroom never dry after shower.
Other than that it was pretty much comfortable stay, especially if you planned to go around the city or concert during the day and comeback to take a rest. In the ground floor you can find convenience store like 7/11 that basically sells everything so it was really convenience especially when you need to munch something as a midnight snack. Definitely worth every penny you spend!

Overall it was a good stay, and nice breakfast.
Two downsides tho, the nearest public transportation is just the boat, else you need to either walk or take grab/taxi, and the shower water pressure is too low.
The room was smelly and washroom was worse. I will certainly not stay here during my next visit.

hotel was so nice. hotel staff was also nice.but chinese guest was awful. they were very noisy and they don't have manner. they have own rules.
staff did not speak any english. They called the room 11 a clock and told us to check out, even though check out time was at 12. cheap stay but far away from everything. They helped us printing some documents which was really kind.
Nous avions réservé un studio avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple .
Résultat des courses nous avons eu 1 chambre avec 1 lit double : pour 3 c'est un peu gênant et compliqué.......
