Pros:

Toplage, Meer nur über die Straße. Toller Sandstrand mit Liegestühlen, vom Hotel gratis verliehen. Apartment geräumig, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Betten nicht sehr bequem, Yda durchgelegen. Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants in der Nähe.

Its location is awesome and the staff is awesome.

Cons:

I traveled with my children and wasn’t aware that construction was happening which meant no access to laundry. That makes it rough when traveling with kids.

Also, when it rained and it did, the entire big South (I think south) window would leak water. Like streams of it dripping onto the floor loud enough to wake us up and have to perform clean up duty at 3am. So that was a bummer, especially when you pay so much and don’t make a lot of money to start with.

Die Lage in 2. Reihe war okay, die Reinigungskräfte machten einen sehr guten Job!
Vorsicht : die Schlafcouch führt zu Rückenschmerzen :(

Das Check-in Prozedere war absolut nervig, da wir um 20 Uhr nach langer Anreise ankamen.Es war niemand mehr vor Ort!
Erst dann hatten wir Daten zur Verfügung und mussten erstmal online ein Formular ausfüllen. Dann geschah erstmal nichts, also riefen wir eine Nummer an, welche wir an einem Briefkasten fanden. Dort war eine unmotivierte, nicht sehr freundliche Person, die noch zusätzlich nervige Fragen stellte und um Geduld bat, sodass wir erneut warten durften. Niemand meldete sich, also riefen wir nochmal an und forderten endlich die uns zustehenden Informationen ein, damit wir endlich an unseren Schlüssel kamen. Beiliegend ein Infoblatt was alles nicht erlaubt ist und was alles Strafe kosten würde und und und. Alles was man noch zum Jetlag braucht.
Es kam keine weitere Kontaktaufnahme von seiten des Gastgebers, irgendwie passend.

AN AWESOME BEACH HOTEL!!
Pros:

First and foremost,, I want to thank those two wonderful front desk ladies (Alma and Lisa) for making us feel HOME during our stay. Thanks to them, our vacation was wonderful. Second, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Third, if you want to go to the beach, your walking distance will be around 15-20 seconds. (Having beach chairs was a bonus!)

Cons:

Just small suggestions: 1. Please replace the sofa bed with something more comfortable. 2. Having bigger and fully closed trash bins outside would be great. 3. The pool needs to be cleaned daily.

Zu zweit okay… aber Schlafsofa geht gar nicht!
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist unschlagbar und dann hat es noch einen Pool und Liegen am Strand.
Personal war nett. BBQ ist neben dem Pool möglich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit hat wirklich viel Luft nach oben und auf dem Schlafsofa kann man nicht schlafen. Keine Chance!

Pros:

У нас был большой номер с отдельным выходом к океану. 2 спальни и гостиная. В номере было все необходимое. Была большая терраса с лежаками. Вид с террасы был на океан. Нам очень понравился номер и расположение отеля рядом с океаном.

Cons:

В соседнем здании проходят ремонтные работы, но это не весь день. Какое то непродолжительное время днем.
Совсем небольшая парковка, но все находили место.
