Pros:

Easy access to surrounding outdoor activities across the mountain AND lots to do at the recreation center (2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, sauna, Cornhole boards, horseshoe toss, rope course, putt putt, etc)

Cons:

The recreation center was a 1 mile drive from our room.

Good value, clean accommodations, but thin walls/ceiling that was annoying at times due to gearing renters above.

Great spacious apartment for stay in NC
Pros:

Great space that was spacious and had many amenities. My fiancé and I had the 1 bedroom standard, which was basically a furnished apartment, with a living room upstairs, kitchen, bedroom, balcony, and bathroom with a shower. It was great! We were there to visit Highlands and Cashiers so it was the perfect place. About 30 mins from Highlands.

The staff were WONDERFUL: shoutout to Nicholas! Super accommodating and so nice during check-in and out! They checked in via text every now and then to see how the stay is going, which we found super nice!

Cons:

With each reservation, there is a $200 security deposit hold, so be aware of that. But other than that, it was an inexpensive stay and we loved the environment, as well as the fact that it is literally in the woods! Wonderful stay.

Overall a good stay except for those few little things.

Location, size of unit, safety, heating/cooling, TV’s

Cons:

Bed was a bit too hard for my taste but my husband liked it. The sliding shower doors did not stay closed while showering which was annoying but we dealt with it.

Pros:

LARGE BATH, SEPARATE SHOWER, FULL KITCHEN, COMFORTABLE KING BED IN GOOD SIZED ROOM WITH TV, UPSTAIRS ROOM WITH 2ND TV AND PULL-OUT SOFA, BALCONY WITH FOREST VIEW. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?
