This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is attentive. The surrounding area is great for walks. The pool and grounds are well
maintained. This is my go to spot any time I am in the Houston area.

Great place , good facility nice team to support.. Need to bring variation in their breakfast, Every day its a repeat.
Bring more fruits, healthy items and indian like Rice Idli etc. Add more bread options should be like good regular residence inn

This is our 2nd time staying here while in Spring. My family and I enjoy staying here because it is spacious, comfortable and my kids love the kitchenette. They like that we can cook or warm up food and eat on a kitchen table. They also have a good breakfast with hot and cold food items. We utilized the workout room as well. It is close to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in this area! We were here for my daughter's softball tournament. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very big, clean and comfortable! The room was well stocked with everything upu need to feel like you are at home. Even though the hotel was full we did not hear anything at all! I can't wait until we play in this area again so we can come back!

I went to the residence inn Marriott in Houston I soon as I walked in the man in the front his name was Jorge super disrespectful, and unprofessional to me and my wife. I didn’t even feel safe to spend the night in the hotel I payed for .I would steer clear from this Marriott if I could I would leave 0 stars Jorge needs to be retrained or let go bc what happened to me and my family yesterday was very scary I had to pay for another Uber to go to another Marriott so don’t waste your time and money here like I did

Tonya at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable. She truly showed that customer service is an attitude not just a job. Very impressed with the service, the amenities and location. Tonya made it feel welcoming and was so professional even while multi tasking. She truly cares and is a great example of Texas Hospitality. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just wow! Outstanding job. I may have to switch from Hilton after all.
