Location strategic for cafe hunters

The staff in the reception are very nice! The bed was comfortable, big in size and with clean bedlines.

Best location, rooms are clean, staff could be more friendly

I had a bad stay in here. The room was not sound proof enough; we can hear anyone running around in front of and above our room loudly and the receptionist did not give a d*** about it. TV and Internet quality were bad. If you want extra pillows, please think again. They have a fee for it! I am not recommending this hotels to anyone. With the room rates they have, you can find better hotels or guest houses nearby. I am regretted deciding to stay at this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location is close to city's main road.

This place is amazing. For room rate that are fairly cheap, they provide an excellent room and service. The Front Office Agent are very helpful. The room was not soundproof (but hey you couldn't ask for that with given room rate). Location was close with other attractions in Malang. There also plenty of food stall and restaurant (also convinient store around hotel). I will definitely come back another time

Just checked in with 7 friends. Recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay in Malang. Relatively clean and well maintained. Had a single room, well furnished. Their 2 twin beds in a room was also good.

This hotel is quite new I think, it's located very near to city center. The parking space is very limited tho, however they have valet parking service which is very helpful.
My stay was very delightful as we found our bed with huge size and very comfortable, had a very good sleep here.
The room itself is not too small and not too big, it has simple clothes hanger to replace the cupboard. Both the bed room and bathroom were very clean.
Breakfast was also good with limited choices but very tasty.

I would love to stay here again someday

The twin bed was so big. It also had spacious living room . They gave us free donut during Christmas 2016. It's delicious. The Christmas decoration was beautiful. It's nice to have breakfast in the restaurant.

Room rate is pretty cheap, but as new hotel they are pretty good with facilities.
Location is okay, not too close to city centre but still okay, very comfort area in dining room near lobby, lift is provided, room is clean and bathroom facilities is okay.
Wifi is provided. However, our room has some noisy from the back of bathroom due to some winds blowing from outside, but okay if you were getting used to it.
Breakfast was okay, not too much but acceptable.

Voor de prijs een prima hotel. Uitstekende bedden en de kamer wordt elke dag goed gereinigd en van nieuw beddengoed voorzien. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar voldoende.

Stayed in family suite room for 4 people...the room is very spacious, clean, and simple. The family suite room have 2 beds...160cmX200cm and 200cmX200cm. I really love the bed because the hotel using King Koil brand...very comfortable. The bathroom clean and spacious enough with good water supply.

They provide us with simple breakfast...fried rice, sausage soup, and fried chicken with juices, coffee, and tea. No complaint at all for the price you paid.

Overall the hotel very comfy, the size of the room, the AC in proper work, bathroom with decent size and great shower pressure, hot and cold water also in proper work.
There is hairdryer attached in bathroom. Hotel said there are refrigerator yet since this is new, we are still fine and that is something we can accept. However, there are no hot water in the room to drink tea or coffee, when we asked it to the front office they only said "there are dispenser in the lobby restaurant and we can go down there to take hot water" dont know why they cant bring it to the room OR why dont they provide dispenser in each floor for easier mobility. Its great hotel but somehow it feels like guest house for that part, well luxury guest house.
The breakfast, we got nasi campur on a box, well this is our 1st time got this kind of breakfast. Maybe "still new" reason as well but i dont know. But thank you for the hospitality for all employee. Despite of that, we are very much enjoyed our stay there, Success for de boutique style hotel. (FYI, we stayed in family room, 4 people, great room size, still more room for our luggages and many oleh2 things)
