Sucks
Pros:

They have 2 clubs on property and your going to hear bang bang boom till 400am. Its not a good property to enjoy.

Cons:

The loud music and crazy pinoys at the pool with 5 feet boom boxes and karaoke till 4 am.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was good, but I’d like to share a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi vouchers didn’t work inside the rooms, and we had to stay in the lobby to access the internet. Also, the construction at the back of the building was quite noisy early in the morning, which made it hard to rest.

Would I stay here again yes if.they sort about these pointi put on here
Pros:

Clean and tidy

Cons:

The hot water only lasted a few minutes then when cold , tv picture was all fuzzy had to sort the cable out,
The coffee for breakfast did not taste very nice would of be best if the use fresh milk , or offer fresh milk the power milk is so disgusting

I was incredibly happy with my stay! Yes the hotel is older and can use some renovations but it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful! The live music and club were very fun but I would advise sleeping with ear plugs if you are on the poolside. You can request to be on the quiet side and they asked me when I checked in but I was fine with my ear plugs in. I also really enjoyed the large pool as it was so refreshing on a hot day. So for value and quality of staff I would highly recommend. It’s an older hotel in need of updating but the price reflects that.

Needs deep clean of rooms. I found a bug in my room that is why I had to request for room transfer. It is also noisy because of the bar MO2 bar next to it. Management should consider putting sound proof windows.

Excellent service sa Pool . I can even give them a 5 star yan Yung favorite place ko dyan ako.nag checheck in . Yung mga room service at restaurant is excellent.
sa Pool side. Dito ako always nag instay tuwing nabakasyon ako sa Iloilo. The saddest experience ko lang ay nung dumating ako.from US nag check in ako pero doon sa loob ng Hotel kasi fully booked na sila sa Pool. . ung CLEANING LADY meron ATTITUDE. 😬😬😬 GRABE... I think that was Oct. 27, 2024. NAPAKAMALDITA ng babae na naglinis ng room namin. I think the only reason na nainis sya eh yung nagchange mind kami na magpaservice na lang since may 2 visitor kaming darating at bday ng anak ko yun. Ayoko naman magulo yung room especially kagigising ko lang.kahit napakabastos nya. Okay lang yun hindi ko sya pinatulan instead binigyan ko pa sila ng 200 na tip. Yung lalakeng kasama.nya okay naman. Sana mapagsabihan nila nakakahiya na meron silang cleaning lady na banyan madadamay pa.pati kadama nya at yung hotel. For more than 10 years along pabalik balik dito sa Westown/ El Dorado first time ko na experience na may banyan service sila.
