Gem of a hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the staff were top class. If I am in the area again this hotel will be my go to.

Die Menschen vom Team des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde nach Bedarf auch täglich gereinigt. Das Bad mit der Badewanne fanden wir sehr schön. Die Matratzen der Betten waren leider sehr weich. Das muss man schon mögen, vor Allem wenn man sonst eher auf harten Matratzen schläft. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Nichts Besonderes aber trotzdem lecker.
Die Umgebung ist eher dörflich. Man muss schon nach Groningen fahren, um etwas Action zu haben oder schick Essen zu gehen. Nichtsdestotrotz lud die Umgebung, aufgrund der schönen Natur, zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Generell ist man in der Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad wohl am Besten unterwegs.
Für Autofahrer sind mehrere kleinere Städte wie Leeuwaarden oder Lemmer in ca 45min zu erreichen, wenn man etwas mehr sehen möchte.
Selbst ein Tagestrip nach Amsterdam ist bei knapp 2h Fahrtzeit für eine Tour zu empfehlen.
Alles in Allem würden wir jederzeit wieder bedenkenlos im Hotel einchecken.

Maden i restauranten er super lækker og der er nok af den.
Morgenbuffet indeholder alt hvad hjertet begærer og er frisklavet.
