Gute Ausgangslage für Stadtbesichtigung Žilina und Umgebung
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang, einfacher check-in, hoteleigener Parkplatz in sehr kurzer Distanz, das Zimmer grundsätzlich schön und alles da, was typisch benötigt wird, gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen sehr heißen Sommertag, die Klimaanlage hat nur "warme" Luft abgegeben, wir haben über 30°C Raumtemperatur erreicht.... an guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken... am Empfang wurde dies (am nächsten Tag) mit "ja, wir wissen das" kommentiert, ohne Entschuldigung oder kleiner Entschädigung (z.B. kostenloses Getränk aus der Minibar ...)

Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage zum Zentrum
