Gem on the lake
Pros:

Lovely little hotel right on the banks of Lake Lucerne within 100m of the boat terminal to take you to Lucerne and other destinations around the stunning lake. The evening restaurant food was great , breakfast was a cold buffet and very nice too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our short stay very enjoyable.
Highly recommend!

Cons:

The church bells very close to the hotel can disturb your sleep but nothing tuehotel can do about that :)

vue fantastique sur le lac et les montagnes
Pros:

Un site extraordinaire, un hôtel disposant de tout le confort nécessaire avec une vue fantastique , certes un peu vieillot mais cela fait partie de son charme. Personnel très sympathique

Le manque de bouilloire et café. Aucune attention pour nos 25 Ans de mariage, pas de volets, ni de rideaux occultants, pas de tresse ni de confiture maison, les petits croissants industriels et le pain dégelé
