Great location , bus stop just outside the hotel & ferry terminal a short walk .
Great view of the lake from our room balcony . Excellent terrace to enjoy meals or drinks.
Good choice restaurants close by.
There is only about 5 parking spaces at the hotel , but not far away there is a 2 story carpark & the top floor is open so great for motorhomes . 8 CHF per day.
On our last night I booked a table on the terrace for our wedding anniversary , but the waiter was hopeless ! He was a very friendly young man who enjoyed chatting to everyone but had no focus on his job.
He would make a great salesman but not a waiter. We sat down at 7pm but didn`t eat until 9pm as he forgot to put our order into the chef. Another waiter , a young man with short hair at the sides had to take over at times as he noticed we were not happy .
Wij hebben 1 nacht hier geslapen op doorreis onderweg naar Italië en vonden het fantastisch, doordat je aan het meer zit heb je meteen vakantie gevoel als je tijdens het ontbijt de bergen en het meer ziet.
Jammer dat er geen airco was maar de ventilator deed gelukkig goed zijn werk.
De locatie aan het meer was super, terras was mooi gelegen aan het water
Het hotel viel heel erg tegen.
Het was allemaal oude meuk, de kamer, de badkamer, de vloerbedekking overal oud en behoorlijk smerig.

La taille de la chambre était très correcte et la vue sur le lac était vraiment magnifique. Le fait d'avoir eu un emplacement de parking pendant tout le séjour a été un vrai plus.
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu amélioré. le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment très cher. La petite plage privée est très agréable, même si elle manque un peu de transats.

Die Lage und das Service und Frühstück.
Für uns war es eine Enttäuschung. Die Zimmer sind alt und ungemütlich. Da es im Sommer extrem sehr heiß, hatten wir keine Klimaanlage sondern hatten ein billiges Ventilator, die kaum Abkühlung brachte. Zudem fehlte ein kleines Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher in unserem Zimmer.
Das absolute Tiefpunkt unseres Urlaubes war die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war extrem unfreundlich zu uns. Noch bevor ich meine Frage aussprechen wollte, unterbrach sie mich immer mit "Nein". Zu allem hieß es einfach pauschal Nein. Besonders schockiert hat uns ihr Umgang mit anderen Menschen: als eine chinesische Touristen versehentlich in den Servicebereich betrat, wurde sie von der Rezeptionistin in einem völlig bösen Ton beschimpft: "Nein, hier geht man nicht rein". Diese Frau sollte dringend lernen, wie professionell und respektvoll mit Gästen umgeht.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Es hat einen besonderen Charme. Man fühlt sich manchmal in eine andere Zeit versetzt - im positiven Sinne!
