Posizione ottima per escursioni alla Rigi Mountain, per raggiungere Lucerna e per godere della vista sul Lago.
Colazione essenziale ma di buona qualità e in un ambiente molto confortevole.
Cortesia e accoglienza dello staff.
Disponibilità di alcuni parcheggi gratuiti, di proprietà dell'Hotel.

El personal del hotel es increíblemente amable, se nota que tienen vocación de servicio. La vista es hermosa!! La experiencia de comer Fondue en el Winterchalet recomiendo no perdérsela. El hotel es antiguo, lo que a mí opinión le da un encanto especial. Todo muy recomendado

A wonderful place to stay, especially having the balcony and lake view.
Pros:

Amazing location, the views direct from balcony towards see and mountains were awesome, large comfortable and cozy room, wonderful terrace to enjoy breakfast, some afternoon snacks or dinner.

Cons:

Das Essen war schlecht, Muscheln mit Sand und an Rahm. Hotel zu teuer für was es bietet und ist renovations bedürftig. Die Fugen der Dusche sind vom Schimmel befallen.
