Lovely stay , but overpriced
Pros:

Lovely small hotel , friendly staff , beautiful pool straight into beach . Walking distance to shops and restaurants

Cons:

The property overall needs some TLC as very worn in places

Superfint ställe med fantastisk personal! En pärla!
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge precis vid en lugn och mysig del av stranden men ändå nära till de mer livliga delarna. Otroligt trevlig och omhändertagande personal, de löste alla önskemål vi hade med ett leende. Maten var dessutom fantastisk! Litet familjärs hotell, vi k mommer mer än gärna tillbaka till denna lilla del av paradiset.

Cons:

Hårda sängar, men är säker på att personalen ordnat även det om vi sagt till :-)

Great Service, Facilities Need Renovation
Pros:

The location is excellent and quiet, with direct access to the beach. Both the breakfast area and our room had an ocean view, and the à la carte breakfast was very good. The hotel team is excellent and very professional.

Cons:

We stayed one night in room 103. The entrance and dining area are not very inviting and the room feels very dated—the hotel clearly needs major renovations. The room and bathroom did not feel clean, and the towels were grayish rather than white. I don’t understand why most reviews rate it a 10. In its current condition, the property feels closer to a 2.5 star standard.

Lovely spot - recommended
Pros:

Pool and beach front area is wonderful, very quiet (unlike many hotels along the strip), the room and balcony are lovely, the jacuzzi bath was great, good linen and comfortable bed. Staff were helpful

Cons:

Not much! But I thought it was a little overpriced

Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. gab es am Pool nur ein Sonnenschirm. Aber durch den sehr freundlichen "Poolboy" war das alles nicht wirklich negativ.

Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in a secluded, peaceful location, yet close to many great restaurants and activities. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fantastic swimming pool area, right next to the beach, and an excellent restaurant on site. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay with everything close by.

Pros:

Великолепный персонал, особенно Сугат. Проводили дни у бассейна, было комфортно. Супер вкусные и разнообразные завтраки уровня 5 звёзд. Хорошая уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Запах в номере. Старый отель, нуждаются в ремонте номер и сам отель, лежаки у бассейна.

Pros:

Lovely and serene location, great food joints available near by.
The beach is right in front, you can hear it through the night.
The pool manager Saugath is a charming person to have around, always on his toes to help and assist.
The rooms and lovely and spacious.
Food variety for breakfast is great too, some more vegetarian options can be excellent. English communication isn't a problem at all.
All the staff behaves kindly and will surely return.

A good place for a family holiday.
Pros:

As a beachfront hotel, it was so good to spend a night with my family.
A comfortable, large room with all the required amenities.
Staff was courteous and friendly.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the outer area, esp access to the beach, was not properly maintained.
There was little flexibility in the dinner or the breakfast menus.
No alcohol available. At least, there should be beer and cocktails.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, toute l'équipe sans exception : service de chambre, accueil, serveur, cuisinier, intendant de piscine.
L'emplacement à l'entrée du centre ville est idéal, face à la mer.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres.
Le petit déjeuner est très très copieux et d'une très grande qualité, comme le personnel de l'hôtel : très professionnel et gentil.

Cons:

Le prix est peut être un peu trop élevé. J'espère que l'argent est bien reparti entre le personnel car il le mérite ! Nous comptons sur vous boss

Лучший отель!!!
Pros:

Просто лучший отель! Самые приятные впечатления! Столько заботы и внимания персонала не видела еще ни в одном отеле!)
Супер индивидуальный подход, так как отель очень маленький, всего 6 номеров) места на лежаках всегда были, да и их каждый день для нас украшали цветами!!!😍
Очень красивые, просторные номера с шикарным видом! Океан потрясающий, чистый пляж! Очень вкусные завтраки🤤
Мы даже продлевали проживание, чтобы покайфовать в этом отеле подольше, и остались на местное Рождество, которое было очень семейным, уютным. Столы поставили прям на пляже, был потрясающий ужин и даже Санта раздавал подарки 🎁
Обязательно сюда еще вернемся, самый лучший отель в Хиккадуве)

Ruhiges Strandhotel mit hervorragenden Frühstück, aber überzogenem Preis
Pros:

- Direkte Strandlage
- Poolanlage sehr gepflegt
- Sehr gutes Frühstück
- Zuvorkommendes/Bemühtes Personal
- Großer Balkon mit Meerblick

Cons:

- Hotel sehr renovierungsbedürftig, teilweise defekte A/C etc. Schimmel an den Wänden
- Möbel veraltet und schmutzig
- Foyer und Speisesaal sehr spartanisch

Een heerlijk hotel met een fantastische service
Pros:

Fantastische service, we zijn echt in de watten gelegd. Ook een prachtige kamer met een schitterend uitzicht. Het zwembad was top en je loopt zo het mooie strand op. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf om te relaxen.

Cons:

Alles was goed, het eten en ontbijt was ook heerlijk. Omdat het hotel klein is, is het s’avonds mijns inziens wat te stil/rustig. Gelukkig is er voldoende vertier op loopafstand.

Eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft zum ausspannen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage an ruhigerem Strandabschnitt, super sauberer Pool, sauber und gepflegt und sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Bad ist sehr stylisch, etwas Boutique. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Man war hinsichtlich ein paar kleinerer Mängel sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Anlage macht teils einen etwas abgenutzten Eindruck (einzelne Möbel mit Defekten, teils fehlt die Deko an Wänden, man sieht aber noch, dass da mal was hing). Es scheint alles 1-2 Gänge runtergeschalten, aber immer noch sehr schön. Das Essen hat uns nicht überzeugt und die Wartezeiten auf das Essen waren unüberbietbar. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Lovely hotel, very relaxing stay. A highlight was the service provided by the staff, in particular Sudha the gardener and pool attendant who went above and beyond. I’d love to come back and would highly recommend.

A simple boutique hotel at a great location and served with a kind and committed team.
Pros:

Location is a 10/10, specially for families, a little tucked away from the hassle of main Hikkaduwa beach.
But we need to highlight the team. The level of committed service was incredible.
The team had unmatchable attention to detail making our children feel safe and welcome.
As an example, we spent two nights during Christmas season and the team prepared a special dinner along with many treats and small gifts for our children. As they realized we had a little girl that loved her time in the pool, they went out to buy a nice flamingo-shaped buoy for her.
Rooms have good areas and are furnished in a minimal beach-style done with good taste.
