Pros:

Location was central and staff were friendly. The gym was good and around 9/10. Was a bit warm but the machines were in good working order and equipment varied. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The pool was awful. Was run down and not clean. Looked like it hadn't been used in months. No deck chairs or seats and was locked up like it shouldn't be open ever.

Pros:

kongresový hotel, který jsme navštíli mimo sezonu. Výborné postele, pokoj čistý bez klasické vietnamské zatuchliny, klimatizace výborně umístěna tak, že vám v noci nefouká na záda. Dobrý pokojový servis a jídlo z kuchyně za slušnou cenu v dobré kvalitě. Tím, že jsme byli mimo sezonu v hotelu většina věcí nefungovala. Snídaně průměr, nenadchne ani neurazí. V blízkém okolí není žádná restaurace ani bistro, ale stačí ujít kousek dál a najdete gastronomické skvosty.

Pros:

This hotel, part of a chain in Vietnam, has a large impressive building with quite spacious rooms with good window lighting. That said, there are things to improve: poor bathroom lighting, no room safe, notepad or pen, and bathrobe that are usually standard. Staff are very nice, eager to help but their limited English proficiency limits their ability to do so. The place has a lot to offer if improvements are made. Tam Ky itself is a great out of the way town to visit.

Pros:

Breakfast was good but maybe a change every two on the menu would nice for people longer than 3 days. I stayed a week. The staff were so nice and helpful from reception to waiters and bedroom staff. They could not make me feel more welcome.
