Ho prenotato e pagato una stanza Deluxe letto matrimoniale vista città 30 m². Mi sono ritrovato con una stanza di 15 m quadri, vista retro hotel, letto singolo e senza neanche gli asciugamani. Mi è stato riferito che secondo loro era una stanza Deluxe che non c’erano altre stanze libere e quindi mi sarei dovuto arrangiare. Per l’asciugamani ho dovuto persino aspettare 40 minuti prima di averli. Ho chiesto il rimborso della differenza di prezzo sto ancora aspettando. È già la seconda volta che questo hotel mette su booking stanze che poi non ti assegna. Mi sono sentito truffato.

Nice room, good bed, good blackout curtains. Quiet. Very helpful Staff.

Cons:

No GYM, Pool, Spa. Glass door in Bathroom is awkward. Room door in need of repair. Loud Water running noise in Bathroom all nite.

Pros:

Personnel au top ! Petit déjeuner excellent et un rooftop magnifique de nuit où la cuisine proposée est une excellente et, super bien présentée.
Le point fort aussi sont les balcons dans les chambres qui n'est pas si évident à trouver à Casablanca.

Cons:

Il faudrait être un peu plus attentif à la dégradation due au temps des chambres.
