No GYM, Pool, Spa. Glass door in Bathroom is awkward. Room door in need of repair. Loud Water running noise in Bathroom all nite.

Personnel au top ! Petit déjeuner excellent et un rooftop magnifique de nuit où la cuisine proposée est une excellente et, super bien présentée.
Le point fort aussi sont les balcons dans les chambres qui n'est pas si évident à trouver à Casablanca.
Il faudrait être un peu plus attentif à la dégradation due au temps des chambres.

Le petit déjeuner est moins riche par rapport au petit déjeuner des séjours précédents
Le rooftop et le personnel de l’accueil ainsi que le voiturier du soir sont très gentils.
La relation client n’est pas le point fort de l’hôtel. Le nettoyage des chambre à revoir aussi. Attention de bien mettre le nombre exact de voyageurs car j’ai payer la taxe pour 2 alors que j’étais seul. La première fois que ça m’arrive.
