After checking into multiple inadequate hotels in the area, this hotel and staff were amazing and I remained here for the rest of my staff in Istanbul. The owner was very kind and let me keep my bags there for a little longer and kept them safe and offered me water. I will stay here again and recommend to friends.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the management team (MSU), who were highly cooperative and went out of their way to assist us with every request. They provided detailed information whenever we asked and ensured that everything was convenient for my family, especially my son. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the high level of service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
Staff is friendly, hotel is clean , breakfast is good
Breakfast same everyday ( no varieties , The uphill roads on the way to Taksim Square are very difficult
The location is convenient close to Kabatas stop where you go to other famous locations.. The staff are so friendly and helpful people particularly Sinan.The views from balcony where you can see the see, is amazing.. all of this for a good price
Very good location, clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast, access to seaside and public transportation.
Maybe extend breakfast hours till noon time.

Staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
There was a problem with water being cut in the area, which affected the hotel as well. This was uncomfortable but we appreciate that it was completely out of the owner's control.

Terrible stench from the bathroom in all rooms. Old and poor quality repair of the rooms. After the running water ran out, the staff stopped being friendly and solving the problem.
Had to pack late at night for another hotel. Lighting in one of the rooms was broken.
Our room was surprisingly big for a hotel, very comfortable and quiet. There was a good breakfast and the staff were excellent. It is not far from Taksim Square and has good eating options nearby. A local, family run, neighbourhood hotel.
The hotel is in a very hilly district so, while we struggled downhill with our cases, we opted for a taxi to leave.
