Pros:

Extrem herzliches Personal, tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Betten sind relativ hart und die Ausstattung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.b. abgebrochene henkel von der nachttischschublade). Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, für Leute, die gerne etwas länger schlafen daher schwierig, weil es mit Frühstücksbeginn sehr turbulent im Gang wird.

Der private Parkplatz war praktisch. Die Anlage wirkt gut gepflegt, der Pool war hervorragend. Die Lage war in Ordnung, mit einer Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, was die Anbindung erleichtert.

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war leider nicht gut. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Reception staff not that helpful - the older staff (owners?) were superb but younger ones not too helpful

Gardens and pool were lovely, lots of space and lovely design, old world style which is very charming. Lovely hostess at breakfast

Check out 10am and having to pay 12 euros per person to use the pool after that

The hotel is so good that I would revisit Forio just for it.
Pros:

- Very close to seaside, port and Poseidon Thermal Spa
- The whole hotel is very beautiful and well maintained
- Staffs are friendly and helpful
- 10 out of 10 value with breakie, comfy bed and spacious room with a balcony.

Cons:

It was bit hard to find the hotel when I arrived, maybe the sign could be more visible.

Very lovely!!
Pros:

Such a lovely small hotel, the rooms were done up really nicely and the pool area was very quiet and relaxing.

Really nice views from the hotel as well. In walking distance to some nice beaches and restaurants but also very close to the bus stop which is easy to get!

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable quite hard with hard pillows (seems like a lot of Italy). You have to pay for pool towels as well - €2 euro a day per towel.

Cons:

La camera bella ma nel bagno lo scarico wc non scaricava bene e si poteva sostituire la cornetta doccia che schizza ovunque. (poca manutenzione).

L'accueil par le personnel de réception : Désinvolte, peu impliqué à peine poli.
Même pas un bonjour à l'arrivée aucune explication ni présentation de l'hôtel. A notre départ, l'employée de réception n'a pas pris la peine de se lever de son bureau pour venir nous accueillir à la réception et faire le check out.
Chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos de la réservation. Elle était plus petite, côté piscine au lieu de côté jardin.

Nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Villa ist auf den ersten Blick ansprechend mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Zimmer sind vollkommen hellhörig - Nachbarn und Personen auf dem Gang hört man als stehen sie im Zimmer. Bad war viel zu klein - kaum Platz für eine Person. Dusche ist winzig, auf Toilette sitzt man in seinen Handtüchern. Badezimmerarmaturen müssen erneuert werden.
Frühstück ist höchstens durchschnittlich.
Für Poolhandtücher muss man separat zahlen und Bustickets werden einem an der Rezeption in einem Automaten mit 20% Aufschlag verkauft! Service war nicht vorhanden, es wurde kein Interesse gezeigt.
