Not ideal
Pros:

Clean and modern.

Cons:

2 lifts so had to wait ages, we had an connection door in our room which means we could hear EVERYTHING next door untill about 2am so couldnt sleep untill then.

Overnight Stay
Pros:

The bedroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for the BP pulse live. The bed was comfortable. Nespresso machine was nice. The underground parking was easily accessible.

Cons:

The room service took a long time and wasn't great quality. Wine was warm and the nachos were terrible. No care taken there. The fridge was poorly stocked and only 2 cans of complementary water in the fridge. Also only 4 little UHT milk pots, which was not enough. I would have expected fresh milk.

Improve the beds please
Pros:

Good was very nice and good vegan options. Staff very polite and friendly. The hotel looked nice. It was in a good location for the NEC, we attended an event there and it was nice to have a hotel so close.

Cons:

Beds were horrendously uncomfortable. Parking was nightmare. We don’t know that the hotel had its own car park below that you had to pre-book. We ended up needing to park in the shopping centre car park. The electric charging bays were so small… it was so difficult to plug the car in! Resorts world itself was also quite dull for a shopping centre. We went to the cinema in the evening.

Perfect would definitely recommend to family & friends
Pros:

Perfect location for the airport and plenty to do, lots of restaurants, couldn’t have hoped for better. The underground parking was easy to use and plenty of space… something you may worry about beforehand!!!

Cons:

Landscaping outside wasn’t fantastic!

Very nice except the breakfast not worth money
Pros:

Very close to venue room was really nice

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor tables not cleaned.very bad on waiting for plates and fruit juice to be top up .coffee was like dish water

Lovely hotel but not ideal for airport
Pros:

Sky bar and spa

Cons:

We couldn’t walk to airport for our early flight due to the monorail being closed therefore had to have a taxi - not the hotels fault but makes the hotel situ not ideal for pre holiday stays if you have an early flight
