Good choice of food and drink
We booked this hotel for its convenience to the BP Pulse concert and were excited to stay in the Penang deluxe double with sofa and minibar. Lazara was wonderful and welcoming when she brought us extra spa robes, she truly deserves recognition!
Unfortunately, the aircon didn’t work, the room was unbearably stuffy, and despite repeated complaints nothing was fixed. Promises of maintenance and a room move were poorly handled, we were even forgotten about for over an hour. In the end, we lost our deluxe double and were downgraded to a smaller superior room. As a group of three, staff first suggested splitting us into separate rooms instead of giving us the interconnecting option we asked for, and only after I pushed back did they reluctantly agree.
We didn’t really get what we paid for, and the lack of organisation and communication made the whole stay unnecessarily stressful.
This is one of my favourite hotels. Clean. Convenient. Friendly staff.
Perfect place to stay when you will need yo watch concert in BP pulse.
The Genting is located in a large shopping area with a casino, arcade, and spa. It's very modern and close to the airport. The Sky Bar Cafe, for breakfast and dinner, is exceptional. The Spa is open to guests at certain hours, and it has wonderful services. I got a deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, and a facial--all were great!

Not too happy about having to wait untill 2 0'clock to get into our room after a long drive!
We could get in earlier if we paid an additional charge.which seemed a bit much!!
I always like staying at the Genting hotel when visiting for work. It is fairly priced, convenient and has everything I need. Front desk staff are really friendly too.

Perfect all round hotel. It was such a delight as a disabled person to be so close to the venue we were visiting.
It’s was a very nice hotel, but the bedroom was noisy sound from people moving about and breakfast was very average expected better!
