Spa and swimming pool access is strictly over 18's only Access in a Signature Room and Superior Room begins at 15:00 until 21:45 and 7:00am until 10:00am and you may access the facilities for a 1 hour and 30 minute session during your stay, subject to availability.
Due to limited parking, guests are advised to pre-book their car parking space at the hotel's underground car park.
Additional car parking is available in the Resorts World Birmingham, S2 or E5 car parks. Guests should validate their ticket at reception, which will reduce the cost to GBP 10 for each overnight stay, and then pay at the car park machines provided throughout the resort.
The hotel’s bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed. For all children above 12 but below 18 years of age traveling with parents, the hotel can offer an interconnecting room that is charged at the full rate.
The Genting hotel has a strict nonsmoking, non-vaping policy and penalty charges may be applied.
The hotel can provide special requests, chocolates, balloons and flowers during a guest's stay. The hotel team will always endeavor to deliver and accommodate, however please allow as much notice as possible for items that need to be ordered. Charges are applicable and are available on request. Please submit requests in the Special Requests box.
Guest can use the Spa facilities for 1 hour and 30 minutes during their stay, subject to availability.
Spa Terms and Conditions:
The Santai Spa, also housed within Resorts World Birmingham, is offering hotel guests complimentary use of the gym and spa pool while checked in at the hotel. Access to the spa is subject to availability, as hotel guests may be limited at peak times, and a maximum length of stay may be enforced.
The Santai Spa promotes an environment of relaxation and tranquility. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, pager, camera and smoke-free zone.
The Genting Hotel will do its upmost to keep the spa open during hours as published, but it may be necessary for us to close all or elements for reasons such as cleaning, repairs or circumstances beyond our control.
The property accepts no liability for any disruption that may be caused to guests for these reasons.
The Genting Hotel is cashless and we only accept payment by Credit or Debit card.

Staff excellent on reception and in Skybar.
Domestic staff friendly and very effecient.
Most areas very clean and neatly presented.
Unpleasant smell in stairwell.
More cartons of milk and tea bags needed.
NOT ENOUGH STAFF AT BREAKFAST - little anticipation of a large number needing to breakfast at the same time.
Had to call for help at the barrier to get out of the carpark even though my ticket had been processed at reception - an unnecessary and embarrassing end to our otherwise pleasant and relaxing stay.

pleasant place to stay- arrived late and left early . used the pool in morning - nice pool with a few water features but VERY DARK - the outside jacuzi was a delight and i had the place to myself . lots of outlets nearby to get a late takeaway meal ( eat in restaurants closed as after 9pm) I plan to stay longer next visit to have more time to explore the area
Disliked the VERY long walk to my room along what seemed like endless dark corridors - found it hard to pull my suitcase all that way after a long tiring journey . made me want to stay in room rather than face the long walk back to the lift to go out for food .
The dark decor , made it a bit more difficult to see for those with cataracts
Terrible guests due to reform party conference
Too warm
We were at a gig locally so venue was fabulous. The rooms large, modern and clean.
We were told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant as it was full, even though we saw tables free. Breakfast there the next morning was chaotic and whilst delicious the service was poor, we had to go find our own cutlery and tables left manky when people left. For the money we paid I was not expecting it.
Clean tidy and staff was amazing
Location for the NEC is great as is the secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
The TV picture was really poor this time (room 408) but that’s it - as good as always - keep the standards high it’s a winner

Basement parking straight forward with helpful advice from front desk on day of departure extension
Room was great, with added security outside of lifts presumably due to Reform conference that weekend… security staff v pleasant
Breakfast quality was excellent
Dinner in Sky Lounge bar / restaurant was great experience

It was very messy and the spa was a huge mess on the day that we went it was also very busy there was rubbish everywhere empty cups etc.
