Just returned from 10 days at ohasis boutique suites. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Food was good. Although situated up a hill we didn't find it too demanding and we're both in our 70s. Will definitely be staying there again.

Absolutely fabulous holiday 2nd year in a row and already booked for next January.
Apartments modern & spacious regularly cleaned by lovely staff
Pool area lovely plenty of beds and looked after by the lovely Andreas, plenty of beds lovely toilet facilities which are kept very clean. Great pool bar served lovely food and very friendly staff. Lovely 2nd bar near reception with heaters which were need at night as cooler in the evening
Great check out as I left something in the room and it was brought down to reception straight away
Yes there was building work which we were informed about but did not affect our holiday

Arrived on 23rd December for a week with my husband and 2 teenagers. We arrived 1pm and our room 402 was ready. Not going to lie it was a struggle to get 3 large suitcases up the steps and into the apartment but it was worth the struggle. They’d apartment was lovely and spacious. The kitchen had all utensils required. Nice touch that the fridge was full of things should you want some things straight away, water, wine, Kit Kat, beers etc…. And not too expensive either. Also a dolce coffee machine with pods. We bought extras from the local supermarket.
My husband and I decided to sleep on the sofa in the lounge and let the kids take the bedroom as we like to get up early in the morning and saved us creeping around.
The surrounding of the hotel is lovely, nice sofa chairs etc.
We ate by the pool twice for lunch which was good on both occasions.
However unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and was shut for 3 days of our holiday, no one could explain why. So it was freezing and we didn’t end up going in the pool.
The hotel is at the top of the hill so definitely no good if you’re not fit. We walked to las Americas most evening takes around 45 minutes.
Taxi back varied from 8-10 euros each evening.

Just completed the first of two weeks here, beautiful hotel and exceptionally clean with great staff. Our only complaint is the fact the pool was out of order for 3 days… totally dismissed by management, no apologies, no updates and if you tried to ask when it would be fixed you just got shrugs of shoulders. Would have been nice if this could have been acknowledged and perhaps a complimentary drink thrown in but nothing.

Gorgeous hotel and apartment me and my family really enjoyed are stay. Lovely pool man very helpful and friendly. However the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t which didn’t matter to us but would to other people so keep in mind if you are wanting a heated pool. As well as rude reception lady but other reception staff were very accommodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be coming again!!

we stayed here for a week at the beginning of December,we were given a room in block 2 room 210 which was nice and very modern,(would of preferred a room in the higher blocks) ,nice pool area,never had any problems with sunbeds at all,nice friendly staff ,we would definitely stay here again, preferably in a higher block, we would rate this 3 star complex more like a 4 star,the best 3 star we've ever stayed in

We stayed here over Christmas firstly I will comment on the Pros: Sun Loungers the comfiest I have ever laid on. The pool area is very clean and well maintained, and no need to rush to reserve there are always plenty available and the pool area doesn’t open until 9.30…
The cons: unfortunately there are many firstly the staff are all so miserable and quite rude the hotels moto is “time to smile” well I only encountered one staff member friendly and smiley and this was a blonde lady in housekeeping the rest were solum looking. The place has quite a lot of rules one being no smoking or vaping around the pool only designated areas.The breakfast is ok if you arrive early we found if you go after 9.45 majority of the food has gone and they are very reluctant to replace. Often empty baskets of pastries and fruit plates you had to ask for things much to the staff’s dismay the breakfast should run until 10.30!
The apartments are ok well equipped but not the cleanest we had to ask for towel change on one day, but luckily for us we didn’t spend much time in the room. If you have mobility issues this place isn’t for you everywhere is accessible via steps so I would avoid, this fortunately didn’t affect us. The hotel is located on a hill and is a fair walk to get to the first lot of restaurants and bars I would say a good 20 mins to get Los Christianos centre. The pool was closed on two separate occasions due to pump issues. On Christmas Day I expected the staff to be slightly more up beat and happy but this wasn’t the case all So miserable didn’t even have a Merry Christmas whilst entering the restaurant that morning !! Would I stay here again probably not which is a shame this place could be so much better.

From our arrival the staff were very welcoming, professional and polite.
Check in was smooth and we were assured that if we were flying out in the evening we were more than welcome to leave our bags at reception and welcome to use the facilities until our departure time.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, with great pool, gym and obviously bar facilities. Our first breakfast was complimentary however, as we enjoy travelling elsewhere early in the morning and dining out we only ate here once. The breakfast we had was good and the freshly made omlettes are highly recommend.

The suites are modern,clean and spacious with a good house keeping regime and well supplied kitchen area. The provided mini-bar and snacks are very reasonably priced.

The hotel is currently in a quiet area with no bars or restaurants within the immediate vicinity though there is currently a development in progress next to it. As I'm unsure of the developments use the previous statement may be subject to change.

The only negatives are the hotel is located on a relatively steep hill so for those less mobile prepare for a few taxi trips to and from town. From reception to our room is 80+ steps (block 6). For those with accessibility concerns I would recommend contacting the hotel in the first instance.

The view is hit and miss with either a great view down to the sea or partially obstructed by other buildings.

Whichever block you are in it would have 2 floors, the lower floor has a larger balcony space with a more restricted view and the upper would have a better view with reduced balcony space (almost 50%).
We are on a lower floor and have used the balcony daily so this suits our needs.

The lower your block number the less steps there are so it might be advantageous to contact the hotel prior to booking if this is a concern.

Ultimately we would stay here again and I'm surprised at the 3 star rating as I would personally recommend it as a solid 4.

Text: Upon arrival the safe hadn't work so we contracted reception who notified us that they would send the hotel maintenance man to our room the following day. After this we managed to resolve the safe issue ourselves and we're able to use it. As the next day approached we went out for the afternoon and came back to the safe open and the money gone. So we rang reception and they stated the hotel maintenance guy had been in. We reported this to the police and hotel management the only thing they offered in compensation was one free drink. This ruined our holiday ... as the hotel no longer felt safe as it was done by someone working within the hotel. Especially after being told to book a four star instead!!!!

The rooms seemed to be not very clean and many other guest had been complaining of dirty sheets. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Not far from all the amenities.
Lots of parking places, free.
Food and restaurant was great, staff again here very friendly.

We stayed here 4 weeks. Hotel is very nice, clean and well maintanced.

Pool area is very nice and there is a good pool bar with lots of options.

Great breakfeast too.

We had 56m2 apartment (2nd floor) with a view. It was so good!!

The whole staff is excellent!! Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and everything they do is well made with a smile!! Would definetly come back.

Excellent apartments, complex spotlessly clean, lovely staff ,good location. Plenty of sunbeds and a useful gym. Wouldn't recommend for the less physically able as there are lots of steps and the complex is at the top of a steep hill.

Just back from 10 days with group of friends. 4 adults sharing 1 bed apartment. Apartments were clean and spacious bed and sofa bed quite hard but comfortable enough. Staff very friendly and helpful lifeguard was lovely. I would say these apartments have more of an adult vibe personally wouldn’t go there with children. Lots of places to eat outside. Beach around 20 minutes walk away would definitely recommend taxis back up hill €5. We loved it and will be back again next year

This is our Happy place to go to. always friendly staff!! Clean rooms good hard beds to sleep on :) Nice pool area. Love the Balinese beds and you pay for it, but get refund-actie in consumption at the pool bar.. Will be back begin in Januari.. Hasta Luego.

Clean rooms with enough kitchen equipment to cook basic meals, friendly staff, quiet pool area with plenty of very comfortable loungers and friendly lifeguard.
Good selection of breakfast items.
Any minor problems we had with the room were quickly sorted.
My only feedback to the hotel would be to increase the temperature of the hot food display cabinet, as the breakfast items could be lukewarm.

Otherwise, a lovely hotel and staff, I would book it again without question if staying in Tenerife.

Ask for a high floor apartment if you like a view, and don't mind stairs.

Great complex. Very clean everywhere. Staff friendly & helpful. Great pool area. Shops and restaurants nearby. Best pizza ever from the pool bar (several times). We so enjoyed our 10 days there.

Lots of reviews mentioning the building noise before we went, we heard it but barely. It does not cause an issue at all. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are modern and comfortable. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is the location is quite a walk up the hill (about 20 mins from seafront and it is STEEP!) so I recommend a 5EUR taxi back up the hill. If you want entertainment etc this hotel is not for you, it is a CHILL zone (NOT a negative just a comment)

Great hotel - spacious and modern apartments, all with free aircon now. Spotlessly clean.

Pool area amazingly chilled. Lovely heated pool. Great pool bar and breakfast had plenty of choice.

Can’t fault this place. Have rebooked for March and then for the full family next October.

We have found our ideal place in the right location as we love the Mirador Strip. This hotel easily wins vs the competition over the road and down the hill.
