Pros:

The location was perfect, the outlook over the lake was amazing and walking distance to a wide variety of places to eat.

Cons:

The only downfall was the fact that there was a terrible smell that seemed to come through the drains. On our last morning when looking for the ironing board the cupboard for the laundry was opened and the smell was atrocious!!! Couldn't even leave it open to investigate.

Could do with a clean and update of complex and apartment furniture
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

Lounge, lounge room, dining furniture and outdoor balcony all filthy. All accessible windows also filthy. Parking is limited and amongst the bird droppings.
Bedroom blind is broken and unable to be properly used. Floor waste on balcony calcified over, causing localised flooding.
Development outdated and no clear evidence of maintenance conducted except for the apartment doors painted in a hideous colour. Wasn't much of a lakeside retreat at all.
