Saturday 9:00-18:00
Sunday 9:00-16:00

What an absolute joke, paid online . Arrived on agreed time.
Had to call after hours reception as no key or key code was left for me and my 8 year old daughter to get in after a 3 hour drive. After hours on the phone they sent us to 2 different rooms that were already occupied ! And being greeted by not so happy already paying customers as i opened the door was not pleasant at all.
So 2 hours later we still had no room and were left sitting in the corridor of the apartments. Absolutely NOT acceptable , and no contact today to apologise for the total stuff around.

We wont be coming back and will be telling all of our very unprofessional experience. Very disappointing to say the least.

Was very run down patches all over apartment where they fixed wholes & not painted very very tired apartment needs painting bathroom up grade smoke alarm going off from 5 am to 6.30 Sunday morning! Not happy not worth the money

I’ve stayed at brighten twice and will definitely be back very pretty place
Pros:

The location is perfect we had water views short stroll to shops and cafes The showers and water pressure are wonderful

Cons:

Bedrooms are noisey it’s such a busy corner and the window coverings don’t black out the room.
