on ne reviendra pas dans cet hôtel.

La situation de l'hôtel est magnifique et c'est pour cela que nous avions choisi cet hôtel.

Cons:

hôtel vieillot. Personnel laisse à désirer. Ils discutent et rient ensemble, alors que des clients attendent. Après 15 minutes, nous sommes partis prendre l'apéro ailleurs.

Cons:

Personal freundlich aber eher gestresst. Auf die Drings muss man warten oder selber holen an der Bar

Un peu déçu
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. Le repas au restaurant était délicieux et servi rapidement.
Pouvoir mettre les vélos au sous-sol dans une pièce fermée.

Cons:

Le personnel s'engueulait en cuisine à notre arrivée. Quand on arrive à la réception il n'y a personne qui accueille, pendant plusieurs minutes on voit du personnel qui passe en vitesse mais aucun ne dit bonjour, ni ne s'arrête pour dire que quelqu'un va arriver....
Un/une réceptionniste qui présente les infrastructures et accompagne à la chambre.
L'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement général (tapis sales, usure,...)
On a l'impression que le personnel est surchargé et ne communique pas.
On aurait apprécié être avertis des gros travaux juste sous la fenêtre de la chambre à coucher (reveil au marteau piqueur à 7h du matin...). Ce n'est pas agréable quand on vient pour se reposer en vacances.

Praktisch und gut gelegen für Wanderer, aber enge Zimmer
Pros:

Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren gut. Das Schlafzimmer war aber sehr eng und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

Eben geschildert: das sehr enge und teure Schlafzimmer.
