Enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
Pros:

Location right next to the cable car station, free parking, welcome drinks and a cosy room facing the mountains while the evening sun warms your tired body as you relax on the balcony after a long day in the snow - perfect. Staff was very supportive and CEO Hanspeter Wenger greeted guests personally. Check-in was straightforward, got a discount on the daypasses and were ready to go on the slopes within minutes. The restaurant offers quality food and we enjoyed a relaxed dinner.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but as we went an hour later than the early morning rush of people ready to hit the mountains, it was already leftovers of e.g. scrambled eggs and cheese variations but good otherwise.

For people who spend the checkout day skiing, there is no spa or other area where you could take a quick shower and change afterwards. The toilets near the entrance however have big enough stalls to quickly change.

Top Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer und gelebte Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Gastfreundschaft nach alter Schule.
Jeden Abend ein kurzer Schwaz mit dem Patron, das nennt man Gastfreundschaft.
Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Traumhafter Aussicht.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Licht im Badezimmer.
Bei uns im Zimmer war es immer zu warm, leider mussten wir das Fenster in der Nacht offen lassen.

Lage, Personal, Hotel sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Passt nicht zum Hotel. Bett bzw. Matratze war eine Katastrophe. Sehr schlecht geschlafen. Matratze bzw.. Bett war schräg und man rollte immer in den Spalt.

Cons:

Ein bisschen schade dass man die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht einstellen kann. Für uns war es viel zu warm.

Wunderbar war es. Vielen Dank!
Pros:

Von der Begrüssung über den restlichen, sehr persönlichen Service bis zur Zimmerausstattung und den Mahlzeiten im Restaurant wunderbar. Tolle Lage, überall freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service, schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer, gutes Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
