コストパフォーマンスも良く､とても充実したホテルでした｡
Pros:

朝食は､今迄に無い形式で良く、美味しかったです。
景色のロケーションもコーヒーサービスもおつまみサービスも充実してくつろげました。
宿泊する前から朝一番で指宿港から屋久島迄行きたいと相談してみた所、タクシーを手配して下さり､朝食も早めて頂きました。フロントの前田さんには､色々お世話になりました。また､行く機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

また来たくなる場所
Pros:

お部屋からのオーシャンビューのロケーションが最高で、スタッフの方も皆さん親切。そしてホテル各所におもてなしのサービスが行き届いていました。

Great onsen hotel
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay here. During our stay all our breakfast and dinner are in Kaiseki style. We love the food they serve. Onsen is superb! Personally I love the outside onsen because it's cold on your head while you're soaked in onsen and the view is fantastic! The room design is old but still good. There's free coffee and infused water at the lobby. The downside is there's only one elevator that makes it difficult to transfer with luggage especially for big groups.

친절한 직원과 훌륭한 바다 전망ㄱ
Pros:

리셉션의 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 직원들은 손님들의 애로사항을 잘 듣고 도움을 주기위해 무척이나 애를 써 주셨습니다. 객실은 연식이 다소 있지만 바다 전망이 아주 좋습니다

조식이 가격대에 비해 빈약함. 빵이나 케잌, 과일이 전혀 없어서 아쉬웠다

Das Hotel hat einen 70-iger Jahre Charme und hat eine tolle Lage mit eigenem Strand mitten in der Natur.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren zwar nett, aber doch sehr reserviert.

景色や部屋の広さなど申し分なかった。また朝からたくさんのメニューが用意されている朝食が良く、後からつけたのは正解だった。

温泉が良かった。デトックスドリンクも良かったです。

景色は良かった。

Cons:

ポットが清潔で無かった。ポット内を使う前にあらいました。無料の水がついていましたが無料であることの表記なくスタッフに尋ねた。宿泊費が高く、スタッフが外国の方だったので、費用を取られるのかと勘違いしました。記載あると良かったです。周囲に飲食店が無い
