Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. There was only a minor issue — the room phone was not working during my stay yest, but the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved it right away.

I booked a Deluxe Premiere room with a “city view,” but was given a windowless room completely inside the building — no daylight, no view at all. The air conditioner also doesn’t work. This is not acceptable for any room, let alone one in this category.

This hotel is very convenient for air travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The room is bright, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has lots of selection. The free shuttle is a plus.
I have a pleasant stay. The only suggestion is the reclining sofa needs to be upgraded as it is sagging. Other than that, all is good!

The excellent service provided by Dhea from the Front Office during our stay. She went above and beyond, including offering a complimentary drop-off to and from the airport, which was greatly appreciated.
However, there was a concern regarding the service provided by the wait staff. We requested a coffee while waiting for additional breakfast items, but unfortunately, there was a long delay. Once our meal was completed, the coffee had not yet arrived. Despite informing the staff, there seemed to be a lack of urgency or care, as the staff member continued cleaning tables instead of delivering the coffee. It was around 10:20 AM, a time when guests are unlikely to be attending breakfast, yet there was no attention to our request. We had to follow up multiple times, and even then, the request was ignored.
It appears there is a need for further education and training for the wait staff, particularly in understanding the importance of promptly addressing guest requests and maintaining a high standard of service.

This hotel is located a short distance from the airport, shuttle is provided both ways. The hotel is very clean and modern with good amenities and the plus side is that there are food options within the precinct of the hotel in a mini mall area. The hotel location in terms of distance from airport and downtown should be weighed with your needs when visiting Jakarta

The reception guy is TERRIBLE,, so FAR from bring friendly or helpful..
The guy who served me called PUTRA and absolutely NOT SUITABLE for his job..
In terms of cleanliness for a 4 stars hotel,, I'd say pretty poor.. all the cups got lots ofnbrown stain,, the air con isn't the best.. the hair dryer almost died..
I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel especially for familu stay with kids

Cheap but decent hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed is good. The pool has a nice view, but could have been cleaner. The area has 4 sunbeds and you get towels. The hotell is connected to an abandoned mall. They do have KFC and Starbucks, but nothing else. Would have prefered a convenient store with soda and snacks.
The restaurant......Slow service and awful food. The pizza is a disaster, something they draged from the freezer and heated up.....When we tried to eat the pizza we saw that they had fruit in the buffet area. I asked if that was for the breakfast buffet, and yes it was..... Really?? They even stired in something hot, and then I lost it. This was 9 pm! We would never eat from that buffet!!! We went to have dinner in KFC instead, fries is better than this.

When we ate at the swiss cafè we orderd pizza and it tasted horrible. We saw that it was microwawe pizza. And when we lokked at the morning buffé we saw at 9 pm that they were prepering the morning buffé. We Asked if it was for tomorow and he sayed yes. Then we ate lunch at kfc insted. Warning do not eat at the buffé in case of food poidining

had an early morning flight so stayed here for the night. it’s a budget hotel so expect budget things. the air conditioning is not strong in the room or anywhere. it was almost uncomfortably hot

Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta is a great choice for transit stays clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to the airport with a free shuttle. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and overall service was smooth. Comfortable, convenient, and reliable.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff members were very friendly & Helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The shuttle to the airport was a plus.

A good basic airport hotel. Reliable free airport shuttle runs all day and night - airport is just minutes away. Restaurant on-site. The room was quiet and clean though the hallway carpets could use some updating. Reasonably priced. No complaints.

Free parking and good hotel airport for transit go to holiday, umroh and hajj
