Perfect stay-over but also nice place to discover the city.
Pros:

Parking places around the hotel (free), entrance and check in outside of reception staff (i.e. later than 20:00) with clear instructions, great materials and hygiene, price-quality level is more than okay, easy to get out of the city. Nice park in front of the hotel. Nordhausen had its charms. Excellent stay-over place as well.

Cons:

Not much, only noise from the street from some rooms. However, this can be solved by simply closing the windows. I've been around a few times now and hardly see or meet staff (that's why I chose avarage).

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Bei dem einem Zimmer war das Fenster kaputt. Es ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Es gab kein Personal vor Ort und keine Telefonnummer, wo wir das hätten melden können. Es war unfassbar kalt / ausgekühlt in dem Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit ein neues Zimmer zu beziehen, das geht garnicht…. Es sollten zumindest immer Ansprechpartner vor Ort sein.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem. Restaurant
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant. Das hotel ist sehr didital unterwegs. Wir haben die E-Mail mit den Türcodes während unserer Anreise nicht mitbekommen, aber das Restaurantpersonal konnte schnell Abhilfe schaffen und wir wussten dann wie man eincheckt.

Cons:

Es sollte auf booking zumindest ersichtlicher sein, dass das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet. Uns war das nicht ganz klar.

Pros:

Meisje van het restaurant was erg aardig. Fijne kamer, goede badkamer, parkeren voor de deur.

Cons:

Receptie was ongeïnteresseerd. Vervelend om vijf trappen op te moeten met je bagage. Als je een tweepersoons bed hebt, is een tweepersoons dekbed ook wel fijn.
