We stayed at this hotel from March 1 to March 4, and we really loved everything.
The hotel is very nice, with great conditions, very clean, and excellent housekeeping. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — there are dishes, plates, cups, and even a coffee machine.
There is also a shop at the hotel where you can buy everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is very convenient.
The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful and makes the stay even more special.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment (two moms and two kids), and it was perfect for us. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.
The heated pool is a big advantage — it is warm even when it’s windy outside, which is very important. After that, we stayed in a 5-star hotel where the pool was also supposed to be heated, but it was actually cold. Here, however, the pool is truly warm.
The only thing we regret is not booking a room with a jacuzzi — next time we definitely will!

Additionally, there is a convenient gym, a small kids’ room, and a bar by the pool where you can have a snack, breakfast, or buy ice cream.
There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient; you just need to buy detergent, which is available in the shop at the hotel.
An additional €100 deposit was taken upon arrival.
The only small inconvenience was that the layout of the building can be a bit confusing.
For example, to reach our apartment on the third floor, we had to go from the reception (on the tenth floor) down to the fifth floor, then walk to another elevator and take it to the third floor through the corridors.
Personally, I sometimes find it difficult to navigate in such spaces, so it was a bit challenging for me, and once I even got lost when I was alone. However, my friend had no problem finding her way, so it really depends on the person. Overall, it was not a big issue.

De ligging, uitzicht en het personeel

Het ruime appartement, groot balkon, ligbedden, mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer en het balkon. Heet vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het mooie zwembad.
De jacuzzi was toen we kwamen veel te heet. Na melding kwam er wel gelijk iemand die ernaar heeft gekeken en de temperatuur heeft aangepast door koud water toe te voegen. De volgende dag zou de thermostaat regeling van de verwarming worden vervangen. Hierdoor konden we de eerste avond gebruik maken van de jacuzzi. De volgende dag zijn er weer monteurs bezig geweest om eea te repareren maar 's avonds was het water nog te koud om erin te gaan. De dag erna was het weer zo heet dat we er ook geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Dus er werd wel gewerkt aan een oplossing maar die kwam voor ons helaas te laat. Dus vrijwel geen gebruik kunnen maken van de jacuzzi.
PS als het personeel dit leest graag enige compensatie voor dit gemis zou wel op zijn plaats zijn geweest.
