Erg goede locatie, op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat en de haven. Ook gunstig gelegen om naar turtle beach te wandelen .
Er is gemeenschappelijke plek om buiten te zitten en te eten. Bedden waren goed.
De gegevens op Booking kloppen niet. Er staan kamers van 40 en 50m2 op Booking. Wij hadden in plaats van 40m2 denk ik 14 m2 en 2 inplaats van 3 bedden.
Internet is extreem slecht en heeft vaak geen connectie.

La ubicación
Comfortable bed, hot shower, good wifi. Place is close to restaurants and the center of town.
The AC was so loud it was painful even during the daytime and I could not sleep with the noise, I had to put a wet towel on me as too hot to sleep without AC. And the neighborhood was noisy during the daytime tho not at night. Staff was so rushed in checking me in that she did not tell me about the filtered water dispenser or the wifi password for my room, and I forgot to have her cut the ziptie off my duffle bag so I had to go back down. My room was on the third floor with no handrails so I requested a taxi for the morning of departure and was told the driver would help with my bag - but the taxi didn't show up!

Próximo ao centro e a Playa Tortuga. Muitos restaurantes e agências de turismo por perto. Funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos.
La ubicación es perfecta, está a 2 min caminando de la calle de los kioskos y a 5 min del puerto. Queda cerca de la entrada al sendero de Tortuga Bay. Las habitaciones estuvieron limpias y el personal fue muy atento y cordial. Cuentan con un área de cocina que permiten utilizarlo en caso de que quieran preparar sus comidas en lugar de comprarlas.
La conexión de wifi fue pésima, nunca nos funcionó, tuvimos que usar datos constantemente. Realicé la reserva con tarjeta y no se me informó de ningún gasto extra al pagar con tarjeta, pero me cobraron un 8% más cuando fui a pagar. Los primeros días del hospedaje no tuvimos agua caliente en la habitación y no nos pudieron ayudar a solucionarlo inmediatamente, después de 3 noches nos cambiaron de habitación para poder disponer de ese servicio. La primera habitación fue genial porque no había ruido pero en la segunda habitación se escuchaba el sonido constante de la bomba de agua y de las personas de la habitación de al lado.
Location is excellent, right near restaurants however, the staff were never around. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp but did not always get a response. My room was left unlocked and the door open after one clean. There were power blackouts and water turned off with no warning or explanation (I know this cannot always be helped). There was no hot water when taking a shower.
