Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good but not typical. Not certain that everyone is up for pork carnitas and smoked sausage for breakfast.

Clean, quiet and decent family stay
Pros:

This hotel was inan awesome area if you are coming from out of state. All shopping dining needs are met here. The staff semmed to be lacking, I felt bad for the two people I did see trying to keep up with all the customer service. Pool area was clean, exercise facility was nice. Bed super comfy and it was nice to have a separate room from the living space. There were cosmetic flaws we noticed in the bathroom and kitchen but nothing major. The dirty pullout bed and trying to call someone to get it cleaned was probably the only frustrating part of the trip so that was good.

Took us over an hr to check in because hotel.com didn’t send our reservation over to the hotel so had to contact hotel.com which took forever until I did a live chat and asked for a real person to talk to. Our room the bed rm tv remote wouldn’t work. The kitchen table legs were very loose. 1 blanket for hide a bed. The maintenance guy came to fix tv said he would be back and never came back when we called again the front desk said he went home early. Breakfast was very cold and I ate at 7:15am

The room was overall pretty clean. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The hot tub didn't work. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didnt seem to be. Breakfast was a very small area and if you want a waffle, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes to get it as there was 1 waffle maker. Eggs did not taste real and all of the food on warmers was cold.

Pros:

Everything was great. Only thing the spa was out of order. The room we were issued had some plumbing issues and the front desk assisted us promptly. The housecleaning crew were outstanding with towels and toiletries.
