Nos quedamos solo una noche, el lugar estaba limpio y para descansar está bien. Apreciamos que tenia cafetería y se pudo desayunar a un precio razonable...

Safe area, basic amenities, good overall

Muy bonito el hotel , muy hospitalarios los chicos que trabajan en el hotel.

Friendly Staff

They have just breakfast and convenience store with liqueors, whiskeys, wines and beers. You have to look around for launch and dinner.

Essentially I liked this budget hotel in downtown Quito. The staff were very friendly and engaged me in conversation often. The complimentary water bottle at check-in was delightful. The location is great--you're close to Parque La Alameda which is beautiful, safe, relaxing, and even contains a small planetarium museum!

There were two things I didn't like about the room that made it a bit disagreeable, but which can both be easily remedied. The first was that there was no reading lamp. The best light in the room for relaxing with a good book was the bathroom light, so one evening I put a chair in the bathroom and read a full chapter of my current book.

The other was that there were some sort of bugs in the bed. Each night I was awakened with itchy spots on my arms, and each morning noticed numerous red spots.

So, a simple reading light and a new mattress and it would be perfect.

Un poco frío el lugar. Podrían incluir un pequeño calefactor en las habitaciones para que sea gusto del cliente si lo utiliza o no.
De igual forma el calentador de agua debe estar disponible a cualquier hora, porque tocó bañarse en agua casi fría.

Muy buena atención y las habitaciones son bastante cómodas lo recomiendo mucho por el precio de las mejores opciones

Muy lento el check in

The room was very cold throughout the day and worse at night. There was no proper hot water coming in shower.

Well located to many attractions with plenty of cuisine nearby and the inhouse restaurant is a plus. My room exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of Cruz Loma.
Please take below comments for information, fir the price and features here its definitely a return for me.

Great value for money. Amazing service, we had such an easy check in and we’re given a welcome drink and chocolates which was a nice surprise! Room was comfortable, good hot shower, nice view of city.

Nice place in the old town. The room has no heater and they produced me a small portable heater.

FINE , GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN ALAMEDA PARK PLAZA FOCH LA FLORESTA AREA.

- Este hotel sirve también como Motel por horas, en muchas ocasiones vimos parejas que se hospedaban solo por un par de horas, esto le quita confiabilidad y pulcritud al hotel. Vimos por ejemplo un colchón sobre una terraza totalmente manchado.
- Considero que un hotel con 5 o mas pisos necesita ascensor.

Nice little hotel not too far from the historic centre with a great view of the basilica. Bed was super comfortable with nice crisp sheets - when you've been traveling a long time you really start to appreciate a comfortable bed with quality sheets. Good strong hot shower. Super noisy room on the street front but I was able to sleep through it ok - guess its a consistent noise.
No breakfast included but there's a handy shop downstairs to buy snacks. Check in took way too long - they clearly couldnt find my booking but when I asked, they insisted they had it. Waiting a long time when you arrive late isn't ideal. In fact any time I asked anything I was left waiting a long time.
Would recommend this hotel but they need to work on their service time.

ホテル自体は良く、1階にちょっとしたお店が付いているのも便利だった。ただし、周辺にレストランやATMなどほとんどなくて不便だった。

El derecho a la cocina es cuestión de suerte. Ya que la cocina no solo es para uso de los huéspedes sino también para uso de los trabajadores del hotel. Se hace incomodo porque cada vez que iba a usar la cocina tenia que esperar, ya que cocinan como para 10 personas y de paso comen y después tienen que limpiar. Por lo que cada vez que los trabajadores empezaban a cocinar era entre 1 a 2 horas para poder hacer uso de la misma. La nevera pequeña y ocupada con la comida de los trabajadores. Llegaron a colocarme un horario para el uso de la cocina sin considerar que uno está de paseo por lo cual no sabes a que hora te levantas ni a que hora llegas. La cocina debería ser EXCLUSIVAMENTE para uso de los Huéspedes. El personal que allí labora debe tener su área totalmente aparte. El hotel es bien, limpio, la limpieza es a diario, muy céntrico con todos los transportes públicos cerca. El personal respetuoso casi en su totalidad. Deben ser mas atentos hacia su clientela. Evitar las parejas de turno (a cada rato se veían entrar y salir). Mi perspectiva en general por mi experiencia quizás seria buscar otro hotel. Deben mejorar ciertos detalles para poder llegar a ser un buen hotel.
