Sovotel Boutique Hotel @ Uptown 36

Terrible stay . When arrive , hotel does not have our booking record . After call to Hotel . Com , then this booking no record issue settled but Sovotel move us to another branch /outlet .
Room dirty and toilet lighting not enough brightness. Overall very bad

No soap no shampoo , i want ask extra pillow n towel cannot give me. Bad services

This is exactly what a salesman looking for. However, the staff is not local citizen, kinda frustrated when talking to them.

Small cramped room and bathroom even though it's a superior room. There is no window for the room I was given. Can hear the activities in the next room clearly. Came with foot massager that I didn't even used as it looked so worn and uninviting. This hotel is without lift. Room not worth the price. Only point is the friendly reception.

Parking is abit tough due to its perfect location. The surroundings is great with good food.

We have to go out and ask from receptionist for it.

Checking in was fast and swift and reception staff is helpful. The room is very clean and tidy and air-con is superb. Wifi is very good. Location is good and food is plentiful till late in the night. Texas chicken just round the corner and other food stalls is open for 24 hours. Overall, it is a good stay at Sovotel and will return for sure.

Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Room and the shower were very clean. Considering it is a budget hotel, you would definitely get money's worth. we were allocated a room on the ground floor. Yes it was a bit noisy, as we could hear people moving about in the hallway, but we were not particularly looking for complete silence so that was okay. Lots of restaurants and cafe's in the area, which is a major plus point. Tropicana City Mall is just 5 rm away on a Grab Cab, and so is One Utama.

The whole Hotel is claustrophobic. The walls are so narrow. There was now elevators. No windows in the room. Small room.

So noisy... Cannot rest at all. Check in only at 3pm, reason by the reception is the previous customer late check out. For me this is unacceptable.

Convenient little place for a quick stay in KL. Though we got a room without windows, which was a bit disorienting. Overall for the price, I can't really complain.

The family room that i booked is quite small but accommodation provides is comfortable, however the foot massager is tear..

Our stay at Sovotel Boutique Hotel were quite enjoyable and the room condition is up to our expectations....

It was definitely worth a stay. I have another exam paper in June so it's definitely Sovotel. Thanks to Mr Robert for accomodating to my requests. Great!

It's so dissapointed to stay in this hotel. 1st time ever i stay in hotel have no water supply. Besides, room was full with sands. I need to wear slipper inside my room to so i won't feel digusting. Overall is bad experience for me.
