Pros:

Stayed last year for 8 days, was so impressed we stayed 14 days this time. Would highly reccomend Avatar Hotel for anyone travling to Da Nang

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique et adorable, surtout Mint Kim Chi. Nous avons passé un agréable moment lors de ce séjour. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel très agréable et arrangeant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Le service de propreté doit s’améliorer sur le ménage des chambres mais le personnel de l’hôtel a su de suite réagir.

Pros:

The location is good, there are just some days that there's live band playing close to the hotel and you can Def hear it from the room but it's not so bad since everyone is tired and it didn't disrupt our sleep. . Breakfast selection is sufficient, just missing pancakes 🥲, the room was clean, missing kitchen utensils but you just have to call the concierge and they will bring you a complete set with a rice cooker and cutlery as well. As for the bathroom, they must just fix the bathroom issues as like the other guests have said water is leaking everywhere, I found that the issue is the shower tube isn't suitable because it doesn't fit the the shower wall attachment properly and u cannot rotate or adjust it to where it doesn't hit the bathroom wall and splash everywhere.

The gym is sufficiently equiped as well for a short stay.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Always smiling and attentive.

Convenient, enjoyable
Pros:

Location and good value for money

Cons:

room’s are clean but the towels needed to be replaced their old and have stain, reception staff are not flexible I just ask for little consideration for few minutes to stay longer in the room after the check out couldn’t give it to us. Otherwise everything is ok

Decent hotel. Second bedroom was dark (no windows), pool was terribly maintained. Smoking section was next to pool area

Lovely staff, great location, some room for improvements

Cons:

My hotel rooms water wouldn’t run hot! The staff were lovely and got it fixed however it just kept running cold again. I was given dirty towels twice (which the staff were also lovely and replaced). Also my room had no shower curtain so the water went everywhere when showering!

Hôtel sans âme et sans charme mais qui fait le job
Pros:

L’emplacement est central et l’hôtel est assez protégé du bruit.

Cons:

L’hôtel a du être beau fut un temps, mais il est vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu. Les parties communes sont sales, la piscine un peu délabrée.
Peu de contact personnalisé, il ne faut avoir besoin de rien.

C’était bien si je n’avais pas eu de problème au dos à cause du matelas

Le lit n’était pas confortable et pas assez de variété de fruits au petit déjeuner , arrivé à l’hôtel les draps étaient tachés, ça a été changé à ma demande. Il faut vraiment changer les matelas

Utmerket service på et hotell som modent for oppgradering

Betjeningen fortjener virkelig skryt for å være både hyggelige og svært serviceinnstilte. Da det oppsto problemer med at vi ikke fikk rommet og etasjen vi hadde bestilt, gjorde de alt de kunne for å hjelpe oss, og sørget for at vi fikk byttet til ønsket rom allerede neste dag.

Frokostbuffeen var også veldig bra, med et variert og godt utvalg hver dag. Betjeningen i restauranten var like hyggelig som ellers på hotellet. Det eneste lille minuset var at kaffen var noe tynn, men utover det var frokosten super.

Cons:

Oppholdet vårt på dette hotellet svarte dessverre ikke til forventningene. Rommet bar preg av dårlig renhold, sengene var svært harde, og bassengområdet holdt lav standard. Det manglet også fullstendig lydisolering ut mot korridoren. Man kunne bokstavelig talt se ut i gangen gjennom sprekker i døren. Vi hadde flaks som bodde i 17. etasje hvor det var få andre gjester, ellers ville dette vært et mye større problem.

Det som likevel påvirket opplevelsen mest, var beliggenheten. Hotellet ligger midt i et festområde med støy fra barer, høy musikk til langt på natt og matvogner som spilte den samme irriterende lyden om og om igjen. Vi innser at vi burde gjort bedre research på forhånd, men det gikk uansett hardt utover nattesøvnen.

Kort oppsummert: Er du ute etter en rolig ferie, bør du definitivt velge et annet sted. Hvis du derimot er her for fest og moro, og bryr deg mindre om støy og sovekomfort, fungerer dette helt fint. Hotellet var fullbooket, så det treffer åpenbart sin målgruppe, men det passet ikke for oss, og vi kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.

Good location. Good breakfast. Room we booked was good n spacious but would have been better to add a sofa set as the room looks very bare.
