Im Badezimmer war der Rollladen an mehreren Stellen schimmelig. Der Laminatboden ist nicht überall gut verarbeitet. An den Stössen kann man sich verletzen da einige vorstehen. Manchmal lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Nur 2 Lifte für 17 Stockwerke mit 100 Zimmer.

Excellent stay, and I come to Da Nang every year for past 4 years!!
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was clean, bed was awesome, and staff were polite and helpful, especially Chi and Mint. The breakfast was superb. And the Lobo Cafe was exceptional.

Pros:

The property was ok once I had the room i was supposed to get which was only on the second night after escaladind to Booking, at my arrival they were firmed on the fact that since I had reserved through booking nothing was guaranteed in terms of type of room so instead to have a suite with 2 king side bed I had 1 queen bed and 2 twin bed, the first room was old, and very dirty! The next morning after my complaint to Booking i was offered a very clean and great suite with the 2 king side beds ! The room was renovated and very comfortable.

We loved our stay :)
Pros:

It was near the beach and lots of restaurants, spas and cafes in walking distance. Photos are what the rooms exactly look like.

Cons:

The hair dryer smells burnt when used but the staff replaced it when we asked for a new one so really not a big deal. Water drains slow on the bath tub

Room showing signs of wear. Tiles cracked in bathroom. Shower took a long time to warm up to the point that I would turn on and come back several minutes later...

Great location and well priced hotel
Pros:

The location was great, restaurants all around and the beach just a short walk away.
The rooms were nice a big, although I will never understand why a toilet in a room would have just glass around it.
The breakfast buffet was good, they have a chef cooking fresh eggs all morning.
The staff were all amazing and so friendly.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit dated and old, the ‘sofa’ was so uncomfortable.
