Convenient, rooms are comfortable, very affordable, but dont expect much in terms of facilities and aesthetics!
Pros:

It is close to everything, the restaurants, massage, laundry, convenience stores are just opposite the hotel. The front staff are lovely and helpful, the staff at the breakfast buffet are all helpful and greets you every morning.

Cons:

The facilities are not maintained - the pool and the gym desperately need upgrading, hardly anyone is using it due to its state. The corridors on Level 12 where we stayed were not painted, just bare cement walls and is not airconditioned. The furnitures in the lobby needs to be replaced, and the look updated to match a 4 star property.

The receptionist Chi was extremely helpful and accommodating to our request and very friendly.

Cons:

The room selection description was confusing when it said bathroom had bathtub but didn’t say no stand up shower. Chi organised a change in room with a bathtub and stand up shower.

The location next to the beach was perfect.
