Pros:

Location. Lobby (very authentic).
A postcard and some local sweets at the room when you arrive as a nice detail.
I was thankful that I asked for a quiet room high floor and they actually put us far from elevator and relatively high (12th of 17n floor).

Cons:

1. Room is really dated and has very weird distribution. The cooling system was in one of the wardrobes. And yeah, the room was really hot and took a while to cool it down. Bathroom was with a sea view (which is nice, ofc) and with curtains made of cloths, so, every time you have a shower you have to choose: or made curtains wet (tried not to) or to leave huge panoramic windows open. Yes, it is high floor, but I still don’t feel comfortable being with open windows. The door between bathroom and the room is transparent, so hello sunrise at 5am. No, I love sunrise, but with a baby I prefer to be able to sleep longer.

2. Cleaning was minor. Floor was really dirty, had a feeling that they don’t really pass the mop.
Was funny (no), that one day we were out since early morning until 3pm. We came back, I noticed that the cleaning lady didn’t come yet, though we just saw her in the hall, and in 1 min she knocked the door. Obviously, we had to say no to cleaning, because we just arrived and she saw us, so we got a feeling that she did it in purpose.

Another thing is that they were all the time taking towels (although we were leaving them according to the instructions at some place for not changing every day) and was bringing only towels for 2 people. Yes, we are 2 adults, 2 kids, but my kids are also taking shower, and also need a towel.

3. Breakfast was just okay. We stayed in a few other places around Vietnam, and here the breakfast was the most basic. Although the staff in the restaurant were very nice.

4. Hotel has 2 small elevators, but for 17-story building it is not enough. During mornings it was really hard to get to it.

5. What really pissed me off it is the time of checking-out. I came to the reception, said that we are leaving and the guy replied: one moment. He called to the staff to check the room.

Nice stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good enough for a single traveler, with large windows and nice bathroom. The gym and pool are minimalistic but can be enjoyed. The breakfast was decent. Overall, great quality for a rather low price.

Cons:

The towels were not always spotless clean. The sink was at times quite slow to discharge water. It was an intermittent issue, sometimes worked fine, sometimes slow. Acoustic isolation was far from perfect. My room was located on the 5th floor, almost next to the breakfast area (third floor). In the first morning, the "happy birthday" song repeatedly woke me up starting from 6:30 am. The thing is that they have a nice bonus cake for guests' birthdays, and they put on this music during the breakfast. That's a nice touch but the music is quite loud.

Спасибо большое администратору Чо, очень приветливы! Все помогли, все рассказали, организовали экскурсию на золотой мост! Советую отель! Отличное местоположение, рядом отличный спа, завтраки очень крутые! Смузи, бар все рядом! Море в двух минутах ходьбы

Pros:

Great area by the beach. Backpacker vibe in parts but restaurants brilliant, great Melbourne-style coffee ☕️. Hotel was hot in the corridors (not airport conditioned BUT the rooms were very clean and fresh and air conditioned. Id stay again for the location and service.

Corridors were hot (not airport conditioned) but a small price to pay for the room quality and closeness to beach and great food and coffee.

Im Badezimmer war der Rollladen an mehreren Stellen schimmelig. Der Laminatboden ist nicht überall gut verarbeitet. An den Stössen kann man sich verletzen da einige vorstehen. Manchmal lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Nur 2 Lifte für 17 Stockwerke mit 100 Zimmer.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was clean, bed was awesome, and staff were polite and helpful, especially Chi and Mint. The breakfast was superb. And the Lobo Cafe was exceptional.

The property was ok once I had the room i was supposed to get which was only on the second night after escaladind to Booking, at my arrival they were firmed on the fact that since I had reserved through booking nothing was guaranteed in terms of type of room so instead to have a suite with 2 king side bed I had 1 queen bed and 2 twin bed, the first room was old, and very dirty! The next morning after my complaint to Booking i was offered a very clean and great suite with the 2 king side beds ! The room was renovated and very comfortable.
